PLEASE NO SUNDAY CHECK IN ! This Home has what you need to enjoy Lake St. Clair! First, toys! We have a 13 passenger pontoon boat, jet skis, (promise 1, usually 2) . We've also added a floating dock for the jetskis. Two 10 ft kayaks, and a canoe is there for your enjoyment.(note you need to have a watercraft safety license to drive the boat and jetski-not hard to get, but a Michigan requirement or from your state) Next- Plenty of Parking- a rarity on the water. Easily accommodate 8 vehicles or trailers. Third, on the water- 2 boat wells, and 55'of seawall to tie up to. There are 2 boat launches less than 2 miles away- Decker;s Landing and the Fair Haven DNR site.
The home is 2000 sq. foot and has many recent updates- sprinklers, new large fully equipped granite kitchen with new black stainless appliances. Fully equipped kitchen means, a performance blender to make your smoothies, a Keurig for your coffee, hot chocolate and tea, along with a crock pot, dual deep fryer, hotel style waffle maker, food processor, kitchen Aid mixer, toaster, and stainless steel pots and pans. New hardwood floors, laundry room off kitchen with new washer and dryer. Central Air, a deck, fire pit and Barbeque grill, smoker and a turkey fryer along with power at the water. Bedrooms are as follows, Master Bdrm has lake view and 1 king, 2nd Bdrm has 1 queen and 1 full size sofa couch, 3rd Bdrm 1 queen and 4th Bdrm 2 bunks- 1 full and 3 twin. Sleeps 12 with out using Living Room or floor!
All bedrooms have 40 " flat screen and 55" 4k flat screen in Living Room. Internet and Cable. Beautiful sunset over the water and swimming at the end of the street or behind the house. A great place for FISHING-perch/pickerel/walleye/trout/salmon/bass and sturgeon! Also, if you have your own boats and don't need our watercraft, in season rate is $325.00/night(MEMORIAL DAY/LABOR DAY WEEKEND 438.00 AND INDEPENDENCE DAY WEEKEND $507.00). off season rate $200/night as of October 1st and no boat or jetski as they are getting winterized.

You'll be able to spend some great time at Munchies' bay, boat to a restaurant, see a sunset from the water, or fish!
We have a jetski at Swan River for your enjoyment-promise 1, usually have 2. Also, we have 4- 8 foot kayaks for you to explore the Swan Creek, St John's Marsh, and the other water trails in the area. The young kids just love to kayak in the canal, and the shallow water and easy view makes it easy to supervise them. We prefer check ins on any day other than Sunday, but we do accommodate .
If born after 1978, you have to have a watercraft safety license to operate any boat with a motor. It is easy to get, one from your state or province acceptable. We will show you how to operate our boat, and the lake land marks. Great sport fishing in the area, Walleye, Small and Large mouth bass, Perch, Pike, etc. Many restaurants, most reasonably priced, are nearby, some accessible by boat. We have a completely remodeled kitchen with with white ornamental granite, new appliance, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the gear. Fully equipped kitchen means, a blender to make your smoothies, a Keurig for your coffee and hot chocolate (we have K-cup pods for your use), regular Mr. Coffee coffee maker (we have coffee/filters provided), hand mixer, toaster, stainless steel pots and pans, assortment of baking pans, hotel style waffle maker, crockpot and deep fryer. We have a washer and dryer for your use (along with soap etc) We have a grill and griddle and if needed we can have a electric smoker and turkey fryer!!! We have 2 bedrooms --- 1st one has 2-queen size beds and 2nd has 1-queen size and 1 twin size bed. Living room has not 1 but 2 queen sleeper sofas with and extra 1.5" of gel memory foam for your comfort. Both Bedrooms have 43 inch smart tv's. The Living room has a large 65 inch Vizio Smart tv.! State Park nearby by with pistol, skeet, and archery ranges. International border with Canada only 10 miles away. Detroit, is less than an hour, and arts, sports, museums , and culture are there. First Toys! we have a 13 passenger pontoon boat equipped with a water chariot (better than a tube), and a flotation pad that will hold 1500 lbs, a lot of fun when your rafting! The space
Situated on the St. Clair River is the charming Harbor House; a unique waterfront 30's Era craftsman duplex featuring stonework, expansive covered front porch & hardwood floors thru-out.
This floor includes a private master bedroom with a King-size bed and a sunroom separated from the living room by a privacy screen containing a large day bed. There are also 2 twin roll-away beds and a 21" tall, pillow-top self-inflating queen size air mattress. These may be placed in either the sunroom alongside the day bed or in the oversized water facing living room which also contains a sleeper sofa. Aside from the sofa bed, the living room seats an additional 5 persons and has a gas burning fireplace. This is a new B & B so all the linens are new and much of it has been freshly painted or is in the process of being updated. This floor also includes a very large kitchen and eat-in water facing dining area that seats 6 people.
Outside, the waterfront has a covered patio with outdoor seating as well as a firepit surrounded by 4 Adirondack chairs. There is a additional free parking to the south and the City Park / Beach is the to the North

Each unit has it's own private entrance and the house has solid walls and floors which allows for privacy and isolation.
