"Terrible experience. People were loud all night, we called the first desk & they said they would get someone to do a walk around. No one came because the kids continued. Slamming doors. Running up & down the hallway screaming & chasing each other. I get it kids are playing but it was over the top & no one cared. Same thing in the middle of the night I was startled awake by them banging on walls & kicking & screaming. Then when we went down for breakfast it was 7:55 & there was barely any scrambled eggs, no sausages, & the stock was running low on a lot of things when they seemed to be busy. Will not be returning to this hotel."

"On the road trip from NJ to Maine, we stayed at 2 Hampton Inns. This was the lower quality of the two. I had to deal with my wife's nagging for choosing this hotel. On the end of the day from the tired drive, we did not feel that welcomed by the front desk staff, nor did the staff at the breakfast service next day look happy at the job. The room felt sub par. It looks like it has been updated, but half heartedly. The quality of the finish was not good. In room furniture and carpet feels dirty."
