I do suggest however, that they really consider the experience of the guests. They might want to ask themselves: “Would I stay in this room?” I would assume the answer is “No.” In fact, I wonder if hotel ownership has done much traveling at all, aside for the random visit to, I don’t know, St. Louis or Missoula. The fact that cobwebs were sealed in to the space between the room’s original windows and the more recently installed weatherproofing polycarbonate or possibly even real tempered glass is a testament to their dedication to the old west vibe, I suppose. The free breakfast was wholly unpalatable."

"Reservamos una estancia de una noche en Ramada Downtown Spokane 1/1-1/2/26. El hotel está en una habitación de 3 años, y el hotel está en una habitación de 3 años. Debido al problema con la primera habitación, probé inmediatamente el agua en la nueva habitación. Lo dejé correr por unos 5 minutos y se quedó frío. Me volví en la ducha y sólo salió un pequeño truco. Así que me fui abajo para hablar con Gabriella. Ella nos trasladó otra vez a otra habitación, esta vez en el segundo piso #211. Fue alrededor de las 9:00 y nos cansamos de conducir todo el día. Cuando llegué a la habitación, tanto el bañera como el tubo estaban en el agua en ellos obviamente un problema de drenaje. La habitación era la tercera y no nos interesaba ver más habitaciones. Ella dijo que no se le permitía hacer reembolsos y me dio tu correo electrónico. Así que le escribo por un reembolso de nuestro pago de habitaciones y de nuestro depósito. Gracias por su atención rápida a esta cuestión. Tenemos que reservar otro hotel en Spokane por más dinero, porque Ramada no resuelve el problema a pesar de 3 oportunidades para hacerlo.
