"So to give this place a balanced review I will give its pros and cons. Pros - great location, comfy beds, beautifully decorated and the owner did our laundry for free Cons - the owner took our money twice and pretended it was an accident (if you only have 8 rooms as the website states you would surely notice all these extra euros at the end of day when balancing your card payments) I had to ask for one to be refunded and luckily we got our money back during our stay, the owners have mega phone voices shouting and screaming at each other - our first night we thought ww1 was going on outside but we got used to thier loud ways, we never got breakfast which was supposed to be included in the price(we were offered it once as we were leaving but declined and never got offered again even though they asked a time to bring it the next day but it never came so we gave up and went to the lodge narlis each morning which was gorgeous) it felt like they couldn't be bothered, the bathroom needs a refurb as toilet old and noisy and a proper deep clean as black mould in tiles, room 4 is just the worst location in the hotel do not accept this room, The bathroom has these 3 open triangles that lead straight out to reception no glass no nothing so you hear everything and they hear everything so not ideal for a bathroom, room 4 was really dark as it only had the door and 1 window. Air conditioning and fridge too noisy. Although we loved Sifnos and will go back but we will not return back to this hotel, such a shame as we had such great greek hospitality in our previous hotels but we didn't let it spoil our stay at all but just wanted to give a real review of our experience. "

"Such a nice hotel! The staff were super handy and arranged all transport for us, as well as serving up a great breakfast every morning on the terrace which was a lovely way to start the day. The rooms were spacious, clean and well presented. With a terrace which felt private and had a good view of sunset. It’s a short walk from Faros beach, but to get to other parts of the island you need a car or taxi. Taxis were limited on the island so some pre planning is needed, ideally you would rent a car."

"What an amazing stay we had at Sifnos House. The location is perfect (small walk from the port - where you are met with a golf buggy to transport your luggage), one street back from the main village street and beach (so it is quiet, but only a 2min walk from restaurants/bars/shops). The breakfast is a delight. We all looked forward to eating in the quiet courtyard each morning and sampling a range of local home cooked food. We only wished we were more hungry to try it all! The rooms are comfortable and beautifully designed. Molton Brown toiletries, coffee pods, complementary water restocked in your fridge every day. The staff are all welcoming and helpful. We all really enjoyed our stay!"

En una maravillosa posición muy por encima del mar Egeo, con vistas a una hermosa pequeña iglesia con cúpula azul y aguas cristalinas de color turquesa, rezuma encanto. Las suites son elegantes pero sencillas, con cómodas habitaciones y mucho espacio para sentarse en el interior y al aire libre, lo que brinda privacidad, tranquilidad y vistas impresionantes a Paros. Hay una piscina infinita con asientos muy cómodos (aunque no es muy fácil encontrar sombra). El personal es siempre encantador y atento. El desayuno de cortesía, que puede tomarse en el pequeño restaurante o en la terraza de su habitación, ofrece una buena variedad de delicias deliciosas. (Un poco más abajo de la colina se encuentra el restaurante Bostani, que se administra por separado pero está afiliado al hotel. Cenamos aquí una vez y la comida fue excelente, aunque descubrimos que el servicio no coincidía con la calidad de las aspiraciones del restaurante). Quédese en el hotel y evite el restaurante y no se sentirá decepcionado."

"We had a wonderful stay at Sifnakia Konakia, Sifnos. Maria was exceptionally kind and always willing to help with anything we needed. Her warm hospitality made us feel welcome from the very first moment. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. Maria prepares it herself every morning, and it is absolutely delicious, homemade, and prepared with great care and dedication. You can really feel the love she puts into it. Throughout our stay, Maria was constantly concerned about the well-being and comfort of her guests. She truly goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a pleasant experience. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable, and have a lovely balcony. They are equipped with everything you need, and the surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. The location is excellent, very close to the port and convenient for exploring the island. We had an issue with our reservation, and Maria resolved it quickly and very effectively, which we greatly appreciated. The Wi‑Fi was occasionally a bit unstable, but honestly, when you are on such a paradise island, enjoying the beauty and atmosphere of Sifnos becomes far more important. We are truly grateful for the hospitality we received and highly recommend staying here. 100% recommended!"

"Very disappointing stay – not worth the price I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Smaragdi Hotel in Sifnos was deeply disappointing. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed the lack of cleanliness. Shockingly, there was mud on the bed matress and sheets when I first checked in. The air conditioning unit was also dirty and appeared poorly maintained, which made the room uncomfortable. For the price paid, I expected at the very least a clean and functional room — this was not the case. While the location of the hotel is convenient, the poor hygiene standards overshadowed any positives. I raised these issues during my stay, but the response felt dismissive rather than helpful. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Smaragdi Hotel. There are many other wonderful places to stay in Sifnos, and I regret not choosing differently."

"Kampos home offers large rooms like apartment with kitchenette. Nikolas and Nike are more than welcome guests and always in small care. The breakfast is top, on the terrace with sea view, made up of products home: a gift! Appolonia is at less than 10 minutes walk from the counterbase. "
