Beautiful hotel. Staff was very friendly. They forgot we booked two rooms when we arrived but 10 mins later the issue was resolved. Welcome drink and hospitality was nice especially after a full say of traveling. The food was really good the one night we had dinner there. The bed is a bit firm. I didn’t mind but my friend did. Beautiful views from the room. No tv in the rooms tho lol I personally like to fall asleep to a little tv but truly no big deal. The gym however, was the definition of basic. Very minimal equipment but it’s better than nothing.

The hotel has beautiful premises inside and outside. It's very clean, and the staff is exceptional. We enjoyed the breakfast very much and especially the noodle soup station where they make everything to your liking; also a variety of delicious bread. It's a good location, about 16 -18 minutes walk to the Pub street or you can take a tuk tuk as there are plenty of them. We preferred walking. We had dinner one night and lunch in the hotel's restaurant and the food was tasty. On arrival we asked to change our room to the one overlooking the garden and pool as the view in the front of the building overlooking the road wasn't that great. We had of course to pay the difference but it was much nicer. It's a shame that the hotel wasn't very full during our stay. We enjoyed staying 4 nights there and definitely would recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at the Hotel Empress Angkor Resort & Spa in Siem Reap for a 3-night family vacation, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the sheer size of the family suite. The rooms were spacious, giving us ample space to relax and enjoy our time together. In addition to the size, the rooms and the hotel itself were impeccably clean, which made our stay all the more comfortable. The staff at the hotel truly made our visit memorable. They were incredibly friendly and always eager to assist with any requests we had. It was evident that they went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt welcome and well taken care of. One area where the hotel could improve is the breakfast options. The selection was somewhat limited, but the staff was more than willing to accommodate our preferences. When we asked, they were happy to prepare dishes to our liking, which made a significant difference in our overall dining experience. Overall, our stay at Hotel Empress Angkor Resort & Spa was delightful. The spacious, clean rooms and the excellent service provided by the staff made it a place we would highly recommend to others visiting Angkor Wat.

El hotel está muy bien, el personal está muy atento y cuidadoso con su estancia, y le proporcionará toda la ayuda y asistencia que sea necesaria. La habitación que teníamos era espacial, con todas las commodities y algunos detalles particulares (como un vaso de bananas, mucho agua en botella, ...) fueron realmente apreciados. La zona de piscina es agradable y también es muy apreciado tener una sombra en la tarde después del calor del día. El desayuno está bien y recomendaré definitivamente la parte saborosa que la parte dulce, pero esta es una preferencia personal (no una persona dulce de todos modos). Además, para evitar el estrés de su viaje desde o hacia el aeropuerto (que ahora está muy lejos de lo que se usa como es, ya que este nuevo aeropuerto está situado a unos 45 km del Centro de Siem Reap City), me baso en el transporte disponible desde el aeropuerto. No hay molestias y tienes un hermoso coche/mini-vagon para el viaje de 1 hora. En el hotel, el hotel está situado en el centro de Siem Reap, a poca distancia de la noche, y a poca distancia de la noche. En el hotel, el hotel está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer.

El hotel es realmente bueno, con una excelente relación calidad-precio. Un camarero traerá un pañuelo de seda de bienvenida a los huéspedes al hacer el registro de entrada. El servicio de recepción es cálido y atento, y los camareros son muy amables y le darán una cálida bienvenida. La habitación era grande y limpia. El baño es enorme. El hotel tiene dos piscinas y ocasionalmente espectáculos por la noche. Lo mejor es el desayuno, todo, delicioso, frutas variadas, y cambiar el sabor todos los días. La sopa en polvo es tan deliciosa y muy recomendable. El hotel ofrece un servicio de transporte gratuito, Toyota Hiace siempre está disponible, muy considerado. De repente, los coches se paran en la puerta del hotel. Finalmente, para darles a todos un pequeño consejo, el restaurante del hotel es realmente bueno, el sabor es particularmente delicioso, el precio no es caro, menos de 100 per cápita. Estuvimos cuatro días, comimos en el hotel dos días y cenamos afuera durante dos días. Afuera se sentía caro y desagradable. De todos modos, todos están aquí para ir a Angkor Wat durante el día, regresar por la tarde para disfrutar de una hermosa comida en el restaurante del hotel y luego hacer una cita para recibir un masaje, es genial. No tienes que arrastrar tu cuerpo cansado para comer afuera. Después de revisar, déjame darte algunas fotos.
