Hotel muy bien situado a 5 minutos andando del centro del mercado nocturno y de pubstreet, la zona animada con pubs y restaurantes. Personal atento Hotel limpio y muy agradable de tamaño familiar, por lo que no está demasiado lleno. Para recomendar

¡Habiendo estado aquí hace 9 años (pre Covid) ha habido cambios como en todas partes! La ubicación del hotel está muy cerca de la calle Pub y la habitación que estabamos en (B08) estaba en frente del hotel y sobre todo el viernes y sábado la música se continuó en las pequeñas horas de la mañana! En el hotel, el hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad. La piscina era buena y limpia. El personal era excelente con ayuda para organizar una excursión a Angkor Watt e incluso para organizar nuestro viaje y hotel. (5 estrellas damos allí)

I had a wonderful experience staying at the Bayon Modern Residence. I received a very friendly greeting from the hotel driver who picked me up from a rather delayed flight. Arriving at the facility I was promptly greeted at reception with a welcome drink and brought to my room. The room was quite large with balcony and giant bathtub. The bed was comfortable and I slept well each night. The bathroom was spacious and well appointed. The hotel features a large breakfast buffet and made to order omelet station. It has a coffee bar for lattes and assorted beverages. I absolutely loved the large swimming pool in the center of the hotel. It has a tropical garden feel. There is a poolside cocktail bar where I enjoyed an expertly prepared cocktail. Above all what makes the Bayon Residence special is the amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Many of the staff members remembered and called me by name. They often checked in to see if anything was needed and were happy to organize tuk tuk rides, give local recommendations and meet any needs. The gardeners create a special oasis. The plantings are extensive and beautifully kept. I noticed maintenance staff preparing decorations for the upcoming Khmer New Year. The cleaning staff work meticulously and the dining staff served delicious food. I particularly enjoyed conversations with the front desk staff, bartender and marketing manager. I highly recommend a stay and look forward to coming back on my next visit to Cambodia.

Good central location, walking distance to pub street. Staff all charming and always willing to help. Downsides: pool area tired and poorly laid out, mosquitoes, tours and restaurant massivley over priced, if these were priced more sensibly people would use them. Would definitley return and recommend, a few tweaks would make it perfect.

El Lotus Blanc Resort ofrece una fantástica experiencia desde el principio hasta el final. El acogedor y agradable alojamiento, el hermoso paisaje y las confortables habitaciones con modernas comodidades, hacen que mi estancia sea memorable. El restaurante es un restaurante con un buffet de desayuno excelente y un restaurante de posición. La piscina tranquila, el spa de arriba y el centro de fitness bien equipado se añadieron al disfrute. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. Espacioso hotel en cuanto a instalaciones. Posee piscina y servicio de masajes muy recomendable. Buen mantenimiento y limpieza de las instalaciones así como de las habitaciones. En la habitación, la cama era amplia y cómoda junto con un baño algo pequeño pero funcional. El personal de recepción amable en todo momento y con ganas de ayudar o resolver cualquier incomodidad. El desayuno, variado tanto para asiáticos como para europeos. Buen surtido de fruta.

El hotel está en excelente forma. El aire acondicionado es muy fuerte. Las habitaciones son muy limpias. La ubicación del hotel está cerca de todo. Lo que realmente me gustaría decirle es que la comida es muy buena y el personal ofrece excelente servicio al cliente. El menú del desayuno incluye una estación de sopa, omeletas de una estación de huevos, sabores locales, muchas frutas frescas y pan que te gustará. El restaurante del hotel dispone de una ”hora feliz” y una pizza y quesosburgers muy buenos. y ofrecen un excelente servicio al cliente. Hablan muy bien inglés. Comienza en el escritorio frontal. Están realmente en la pelota. Podrán responder cualquier pregunta sobre la ciudad local. El personal de concierge también hace un excelente trabajo. No se detiene allí. Un hotel resort con completas instalaciones y buen servicio. La decoración de la habitación es un poco antigua pero está muy limpia y tiene balcón. El hotel estilo jardín está equipado con gimnasio, piscina exterior, spa, bar, etc. El desayuno es rico. La desventaja es que el aire acondicionado central es un poco ruidoso, el cuarto de ducha es propenso a filtrar agua y el piso está un poco resbaladizo.

Came here for 3 nights as par of a tour. Location is very good - on a relatively quiet road at night ad within walking of he centre shopping and restaurants. The building and facilities are generally good, if a bit old - for instance there were few plugs available in the rooms and the TVs had bad reception and no international stations. The rooms were similar, generally good and comfortable, sometimes there was no hot water and some parts of the room was a little dusty/dirty. Breakfast was good, but not excellent, with limited food options which are all western - no Vietnamese food. We found that the public place a the back of the hotel was frequented by a group of youths loudly playing up until midnight, so you might want to avoid the most rear rooms Swimming pool as nice.
