«El apartamento está situado en una hermosa antigua construcción, en excelente ubicación, a pocos minutos del Canal Grande/Vecchio. Muy limpio y ordenado. Textiles limpios. espacioso. Una vez a la semana se realiza una limpieza de fondo y el intercambio de ropa de cama y toallas. El baño está bien equipado y bien equipado. Sin embargo, sólo hay lo más necesario y más sencillo. Hay que pedir más ropa interior o toallas. Además, el ruido de la cocina es muy alto y perturba considerablemente el sueño (térmico y refrigerador extremadamente alto). A mi petición, no ha ocurrido nada. El aire acondicionado funciona, pero es muy ruido durante el funcionamiento. El refrigerador estaba mal configurado y está mal diseñado. El personal se ocupa de ello, pero no se siente muy bienvenido como invitado. Se presta un servicio al invitado con la cortesía necesaria. Además, no se considera necesario. Resumen: buena alojamiento en la mejor posición, mejor apropiado para las estancias sin demanda y cortas. Para mí es demasiado caro con estas deficiencias. Con un poco de esfuerzo se podría mejorar algo la estancia de los huéspedes y hacerlo más hermoso. Es una lástima que no se mantenga una conexión con los clientes.»

«17 min away from the port terminal or 8 min from the train station. The place is neat and clean. Rooms are adequately illuminated and comparatively spacious. Staff are very nice and friendly and super helpful. My friend left something in the ship and the reception staff helped to contact the ship company to report the lost. Highly recommended 👍🏼»

«I have only positive things to say about the Victoria Letterario, even after the shock during the check in. Upon arrival for check in, the reception staff told me that my booking was cancelled! I showed them the communication of trip.com 3 days earlier confirming my booking, which their system has not registered. Jorge, the concierge, was very apologetic and offered me the only room available that day which I accepted, while he will get in touch with the intermediary to find out what went wrong. It appears that trip.com and similar platforms purchase the beds in great numbers from a company hotelbeds.com- I went to my room and I came down with my iPad and I and Jorge got in touch with Trip.com via my account. Trip.com replied immediately, confirming my booking and promising that they will get in touch with hotelbeds.com. As it was already 7pm, Trip.com did no manage to get through the staff at hotelbeds. Trip.com advice that if hotelbeds.com did no reply or confirm the booking then I'll have to pay and Trip.com will refund me right away. I was happy with that. I stayed the 2 nights in the hotel, and only the morning of the day I checked out the hotel Victoria Letterario received finally the confirmation of the booking from hotelbeds. Trip.com was every effective in dealing with the issue and I'll use them again and Jorge, at the Victoria Letteriario dealt with the issue very professionally all they way through, so did the manager of the hotel too. Trieste is a small city, and you can walk from the hotel to the major landmarks in 20 minutes. I loved the decoration of the rooms, the bathroom was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The TV channels were all in Italian but I don't care much about the telly when I travel. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast, it has everything that a good hotel breakfast should have and more, namely its attentive staff. A five stars stay!!!»
