«Stayed here for a night to cover Chaka Lake next day. Most people take a hotel in Chaka Village for the same purpose.
Nothing special about the hotel. Smooth checkin, facilities are decent for overnight stay at such a remote area of China.
Breakfast is mostly Chinese food but they do have bread slices, jam and coffee. Toaster was not working on that day, however, manager was kind enough to get it toasted. For some reason, they provide plastic cups in the rooms rather than a proper coffee or tea cup.»

本來出門在外，對酒店的要求就是乾淨、舒服、省心，沒想到這家從入住到退房，每一處細節都讓人覺得特別温暖。剛到酒店的時候，前台小姐姐就特別熱情，沒有一點敷衍感，辦理入住又快又順暢，還主動提醒周邊遊玩路線、早餐時間和出行小貼士，語氣温柔又貼心，一下子就消解了旅途的疲憊。
進到房間更是讓人舒心，整體乾淨得讓人放心，角落都收拾得整整齊齊，沒有灰塵、沒有異味，床鋪軟乎乎的，躺上去特別放鬆，晚上隔音效果也很好，安安靜靜的，睡了這趟出行最踏實的一覺。房間設施都很新，熱水、空調都特別好用，洗漱用品也很齊全，處處都能感受到店家的用心。
中途有小需求聯繫前台，工作人員迴應特別及時，態度也一直很耐心，完全沒有不耐煩。整體環境安靜雅緻，公共區域也乾乾淨淨，住在這裏特別有安全感，不像有些酒店冷冰冰的，這裏反而讓人覺得像臨時的小家一樣舒服。

«¡Excelente! El dueño es una maravilla, siempre lo veía por ahí ocupado haciendo cosas.
Por fuera el hotel no parece gran cosa, ¡pero dentro la habitación era una gozada!
Estaba bien equipada, con cosas automáticas, y nos dieron mucha agua. ¡Qué pena que en dos días solo gastamos una botella grande, jajaja, no pudimos con más!
También tenían artículos de higiene desechables, ¡un detalle muy atento y genial!
Este fue el único hotel con aire acondicionado de todos los que nos quedamos en el viaje al lago Qinghai.
El primer día llegamos de Qilian con mal de altura y me acosté temprano, ¡qué a gusto estuve!
Nos quedamos dos noches seguidas. Supongo que llegamos demasiado temprano el segundo día, sobre las 3 de la tarde, y la habitación aún no estaba lista. El dueño se apresuró a arreglarlo, ¡muchas gracias!

«國慶節前過來的，房價很便宜，衞生很乾凈，雖然現在的茶卡比較冷了，但是房間裏有電熱毯，老闆娘也是提前聯繫我們把電熱毯給插上了。小院也很安靜，也很温馨，老闆娘還準備了製氧機，雖然我們沒用上，但是説明她們考慮的比較周全，總之很滿意的一次住宿體驗，以後有機會去茶卡還會選擇這家民宿！»
