"This is a comfortable hotel on the Mall Rd with great views looking over Shimla. Being an old hotel the room was large with plenty of space. There was a huge comfortable bed with nice bedding and pillows. The bathroom had plenty of hot water ( although no sink plug). It was all very clean. The furnishings and decor could probably do with an update, it looks a little 1990’s. The room didn’t have any heating so I’m not sure if this is centrally controlled and only on the winter, but I was given a fan heater when I complained the room was cold. The room has tea and coffee making facilities and a small fridge. There was a constant supply of bottled water each day. There is a restaurant that did a very good breakfast for around £5. I had dinner in there one night which was also very good and clearly requested by non residents as well as residents. There’s a good outside bar with live music. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is near the tourist lift on the Mall rd and a short walk to the main attractions of Christ Church and the Ridge area. I’d be happy to stay here again."

La única queja que tenía fue el ruido de los demás huéspedes - hay señales de que el tiempo tranquilo comienza a las 10:00 pero que no impidieron a otros huéspedes ser altas y las puertas de latido. Aunque sé que el personal del hotel no puede controlar lo que hacen otras personas, no se ha aplicado las horas de descanso, aunque a todos, incluido el personal, se le ha dado cuenta de que las personas estaban muy altas durante la medianoche. Pero recomendaría definitivamente el propio hotel."
