"This hotel is truly built right by the river, and you can spot it from quite a distance. The exterior is modern and appealing. The facilities are incredibly comprehensive, and there's even a beautiful reading space. In the room, everything from the slippers to the dental kit and comb is visibly high quality. The shower has great water pressure and a stable supply with a good wet/dry separation, which was all very satisfying. The Chinese restaurant food was also good; enjoying dim sum while gazing at the river view was incredibly pleasant. All sorts of services are well-provided, no wonder I saw it ranked second among luxury hotels. Just a small suggestion: while the service is very thorough, I noticed very few staff members smiling. It would be great if they could be a bit more cheerful; that would make this hotel even more perfect."
