My stay was fantastic! The hotel's design is stunning, transforming beautifully with different lighting day and night. Every detail is an aesthetic joy. The service was excellent; the staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, with English speaker available. They went above and beyond by arranging cheaper transfers, taxis, and even a photoshoot, ultimately saving me money.
