En general, ¡fue una estancia satisfactoria! La ubicación del hotel era estupenda, el servicio de recepción era amable y las habitaciones estaban en buenas condiciones.

Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y todo el personal era amable. Parecía que el hotel en sí estaba haciendo muchas promociones. Parecía conveniente porque había un servicio de autobús y una sala de espera para clientes en funcionamiento. Dado que está ubicado cerca de un centro comercial, era conveniente utilizar Starbucks, tiendas y tiendas de conveniencia. ¡El mantenimiento de la piscina también es del 100%! Fueron unas vacaciones divertidas ♡

3번째 투숙이었는데 이번이 가장 맘에 안 들었습니다. 숙면할 수 있는 방을 부탁했는데 주차타워 바로 옆 방을 배정했더라구요. 그 진동이 크고 자주 있어서 결국 방 교체 요구를 했는데 같은 타입 방이 없다고 더 작고 편의시설이 적은 방을 보여주데요. 자는 것이 더 중요한 상황이라 방을 옮겼는데 그 방은 욕실 하수구 냄새가 너무 심했어요. 양치질을 하기 어려울 정도로 심해서 괴로웠어요. 야간 작업으로 시간이 너무 늦은 탓에 닦고 그냥 자긴 했는데 정말 그 방밖에 없었는지 알 수가 없네요.

La habitación es cómoda, muy cerca de la estación de metro. El jefe es muy cálido y invitado. La ubicación es buena, detrás de la calle hay varias calles para la comida, hay todos los tipos de comidas, muchos pequeños supermercados cercanos

We stayed at the residence side and I must say it is one of the best, if not the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in on all of our travels. Very spacious, clean and NEW!!! All the staff members were very attentive, especially the manager for the WiFi support was courteous and responsive. I would highly recommend this hotel for quality, service and value for the money. Having the 24-hr CU (mini mart) in the 1st floor of the hotel was very convenient. Special shout out to our housekeeping staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Just few minor suggestions to the hotel management: 1. Don’t need a calendar, but do need clocks in the living room and the bedroom. 2. Need a trash can in the kitchen/dining table area. 3. Would be good to have a small dish rack, since guests are required to do the dishes 4. The sliding door from the master bedroom to the showers flaps around when closed if the heater or air is on. Needs to somehow stabilize it, it doesn’t make noise trying to sleep. With just few minor improvements it would be a “perfect” place to stay!
