일단 굉장히 깔끔하고 넓어서 좋았습니디.
근데 방에 방음이 하나도 안돼서 시끄러워요
위에서 의자끄는 소리 화장실 사용하는 소리 다 들립니다ㅜ
그리고 대실을 함께 운영하다보니 숙박 체크인 이후에도 복도에 청소카트가 돌아다는데 이것도 시끄러움에 한 몫 하는 것 같네요.
그래도 정자역과 가까워서 편하게 이용했습니다

Y cuando estás cargada, es también lo más importante.
Puedes usar el subterráneo en la estación Migeum a través del edificio.
Hay bares, tiendas de conveniencia, tiendas de arroz y así sucesivamente.

Para ser honesto, este hotel es bastante bueno en todos los aspectos. Está muy cerca de la entrada del metro. El único lugar vergonzoso es que fui el sábado y reservé una habitación en línea. Solo me pedí que agregara 30.000 wones, de lo contrario no me dejaré quedarme.

MMarsha MarshaHello! I stayed in Seongnam (during the Chuseok holiday) for the first time since it was close to Gachon University [where my friend was located]. I arrived from YNJ/Yánjí, China after a week of exploring border cities. Unbeknownst to me, the motel was located in ”Little Yanji”... OMG, it was like I never left that NE Chinese region. This area does have a Chinatown vibe, but I didn't mind since it reminded me of my great time in China (Yanbian, known as the Third Korea).
First and foremost, the front desk was kind enough to let me check in earlier since I arrived before 10:00 (check-in starts at 14:00). The motel was tidy, provided cold beverages/water in the mini-fridge, the bathroom was huge, the room was very clean, and also had a blackout window. There's also a parking garage if you have a vehicle. If you're taking public transportation, Taepyeong Station is around two blocks away to take the metro/subway.
Note: The room I stayed in was 203 and was as pictured... Nothing was misleading with the advertisement.

피피로회복3번째 투숙이었는데 이번이 가장 맘에 안 들었습니다.
숙면할 수 있는 방을 부탁했는데 주차타워 바로 옆 방을 배정했더라구요. 그 진동이 크고 자주 있어서 결국 방 교체 요구를 했는데 같은 타입 방이 없다고 더 작고 편의시설이 적은 방을 보여주데요.
자는 것이 더 중요한 상황이라 방을 옮겼는데 그 방은 욕실 하수구 냄새가 너무 심했어요.
양치질을 하기 어려울 정도로 심해서 괴로웠어요.
야간 작업으로 시간이 너무 늦은 탓에 닦고 그냥 자긴 했는데 정말 그 방밖에 없었는지 알 수가 없네요.

UUsuario invitadoEs un buen hotel, pero el servicio en el mostrador podría ser mejor, al igual que el servicio de piscina. Solo se permite usar la piscina durante horarios seleccionados e incluso si no hay nadie allí, te dirán que te vayas.
Además, pedí reservar un viaje en autobús de regreso al aeropuerto y me dieron el peor asiento. Podría haberme preguntado qué asiento prefería.

La cama estaba en buenas condiciones y las almohadas adecuadas.
A pesar del frío, la calefacción funcionó bien y dormí bien.
(No pude recibir apoyo porque no me quedaba humidificador ni guardia de habitación, pero estuvo bien porque traje un humidificador de casa).
Fui a desayunar alrededor de las 8 y me llevaron a una habitación separada en el centro.
(Afortunadamente, no hubo espera... Los fines de semana se llena a las 9 en punto).
¡La comida era realmente buena!
(El punto más satisfactorio... el café de frutas estaba bueno)
Lo que fue decepcionante fue que la habitación era un poco pequeña y el agua del lavabo no drenaba bien, lo cual fue decepcionante.

UUsuario invitadoWe stayed at the residence side and I must say it is one of the best, if not the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in on all of our travels. Very spacious, clean and NEW!!!
All the staff members were very attentive, especially the manager for the WiFi support was courteous and responsive. I would highly recommend this hotel for quality, service and value for the money. Having the 24-hr CU (mini mart) in the 1st floor of the hotel was very convenient.
Special shout out to our housekeeping staff, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Just few minor suggestions to the hotel management:
1. Don’t need a calendar, but do need clocks in the living room and the bedroom.
2. Need a trash can in the kitchen/dining table area.
3. Would be good to have a small dish rack, since guests are required to do the dishes
4. The sliding door from the master bedroom to the showers flaps around when closed if the heater or air is on. Needs to somehow stabilize it, it doesn’t make noise trying to sleep.
With just few minor improvements it would be a “perfect” place to stay!

RRUIFOIDEIEl salón era agradable, la piscina era agradable y descansé bien en muchos sentidos. Sin embargo, fue un inconveniente porque la espera por el ascensor fue demasiado larga y había demasiada gente usándolo. Fue muy inconveniente que el salón solo estuviera abierto para 2 sesiones de 1 hora y 15 minutos cada una. Creo que sería mejor reducir el número de platos y aumentar el tiempo como otros hoteles. Es tan acogedor y limpio como un hotel de 5 estrellas, pero las instalaciones parecen similares a las de un Shilla Stay de 3 a 4 estrellas.

Parecía que el hotel en sí estaba haciendo muchas promociones.
Parecía conveniente porque había un servicio de autobús y una sala de espera para clientes en funcionamiento.
Dado que está ubicado cerca de un centro comercial, era conveniente utilizar Starbucks, tiendas y tiendas de conveniencia.
¡El mantenimiento de la piscina también es del 100%! Fueron unas vacaciones divertidas ♡

The bathroom has really nice toiletries. Wish they have better privacy for the bathroom though.
The hotel staff are very nice and friendly and accommodating, even helping us to book ktx tickets as we did not have a Korean phone number.
Hotel is within 5 min walk of the subway station, an easy walk even with luggage. From the subway, there is an elevator that goes up into the mall and it’s just a straight path across 2 roads to the hotel.
