Fan is not working in one of the rooms."

"I did not have a good experience staying at this hotel. I checked in at around 2:00am, and they assigned me a room that was very far away. Since I was staying alone, I felt uncomfortable having to walk through a long corridor late at night. The corridor floor was dirty, there was water on the floor, and the ceiling had visible holes, which already made me feel uneasy. After a long walk, I finally reached my room, only to find spider webs all over the door. It honestly scared me. I felt so uncomfortable that I could not sleep properly the whole night. The next morning, I tried to stay positive and thought maybe being placed in a far room meant I would at least have a nice view. Unfortunately, when I opened the balcony door, I was very disappointed. The balcony was dirty, and there were cigarette butts left there. I reported the dirty walkway to the front desk, but even after the whole day, no one came to clean it. I stayed for three nights and did not enjoy my stay at all. I barely slept and felt uncomfortable throughout the trip. Overall, I am very disappointed with this experience and expected much better from this hotel."
