"Wonderful stay! Not fancy but great attention to detail: kind staff, comfortable beds, great air-conditioning (which you need in August!) We had a family room that suited our family of 4 comfortably. Also, absolutely do not miss having dinner at the restaurant- it looks unassuming and typical- but the food is incredible!! We also enjoyed the pool and spa. This hotel has everything you need, done just right, and nothing you don't need- which also makes it a very good value!! Finally, I left a shirt behind and they emailed me (I hadn't even realized I left it) and offered to mail it to me :-)"

There was a break in the reservation where they didn't tell 2 children but the ladies did not put problems some 🫶🏻 were very helpful to put breakfast counting on the small also. The room is very comfortable, super clean, fully equipped with everything we need."

"I was on Saturday at Carnival and returned on Tuesday. 3 nights with breakfast I paid €319 but had no room conditions. A bed that was almost a bed on the floor and bad quality. A bathroom without a tape anti-spark, which is a danger. The water without strength in the bathroom. Only heating was good. Breakfast is served in the hotel but mt weak, if we were a little later, there was already something missing. Mt, mt weak for the price they take. € 10 per person. Not to repeat. !!!"

"Very nice place to stay near Serra da Estrela, very family oriented. Great indoor pool when the weather is not great for the outdoor pool. Great breakfast with local food. A 30 minutes drive to Torre n Serra da Estrela, great place to visit any time of the year. Highly recommend"

Nuestro cuarto tenía una puerta directamente al patio, así que en la mañana podíamos salir para admirar las montañas con neve, respirar en el aire de montaña fresco, y escuchar a los pájaros.
