«Hotel agradable y acogedor. Somos una familia de 4 personas y las 4 camas individuales eran cómodas, suaves y bastante grandes. La habitación también era espaciosa. Si te alojas más días, la habitación solo se arregla cada 3 días. Ofrecen artículos de aseo de autoservicio (libres) que se pueden recoger en el mostrador de facturación. El papel higiénico, las zapatillas y el peine también son gratuitos. El gel de baño, el champú y el acondicionador también son de calidad. El baño tiene bañera. Si alquilas un coche, deberías comprobar con más atención el aparcamiento, ya que solo hay 4 plazas asociadas al hotel. Hay otros aparcamientos públicos en la zona que son relativamente baratos, pero tendrás que esperar a que haya disponibilidad. Hay un Lawson cerca, así que puedes recoger la compra allí. Eso es una ventaja, ya que no hay muchos otros servicios en los alrededores. El servicio dependerá de quién esté de guardia. Me quedé una semana. «La habitación es muy buena y la habitación se ve como las fotos. Llegué muy tarde debido a una cancelación de mi compañía aérea y el personal me ayudó a entrar incluso sin reserva personal disponible a medianoche. La única sugerencia que yo diría es que quizás se añada una microonda, ya que la familia y los siete tienen tantos artículos que se calientan, así que sería agradable golpearlo mejor en la habitación en lugar de la tienda de conveniencia.»

«The hot spa was nice but the staff didn’t seem like they knew much. Parking is confusing, I arrived early was told to park at the parking tower then was directed to park to a lot of the right. Had to tell them about my parking then they charged me 1800 yen. Note there’s a 800 yen parking lot across from the hotel.»

«Great hostel very conveniently located very close to the Naha pier that can get you to the Keramashoto National Park And Zamami Islands! Can easily walk to the nearest Family Mart convenience store and a fish market for eats and drinks.»

«I recently stayed at this hotel and, while the room itself was alright, my overall experience was quite disappointing. Before arrival, I was not sent the entrance door PIN code, so I ended up waiting outside the hotel in the hot weather. At the entrance, there was only a phone number displayed with no other instructions. As a traveler, I didn’t have a SIM card that could make calls to Japanese numbers, which made things even more difficult. I was soaking wet from the heat and tried messaging the hotel, but received no response. Eventually, someone else came out, and they told me they also hadn’t received the entrance PIN code prior arrival and had been waiting for a long time as well. Once I finally got inside, the self check-in process was very slow—the page just kept loading and wouldn’t proceed. I used the hotel’s iPad to message the front desk, but their status showed “do not disturb,” and I had to wait a long time before anyone replied. Overall, the whole process was very frustrating and the experience was quite poor.»

Like this one in Okinawa, I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Japavista Cass De Boss for a relaxing group trip. ⸻ 👍 What I liked: • Modern Electronics: The villa was equipped with an impressive array of modern electronics, including a Dyson vacuum, air purifier, dehumidifier, Harman Kardon speaker, LG clothing purifier, SodaStream, and a coffee capsule machine, elevating the stay with high-tech convenience. • Spacious Layout: The villa was comfortably spacious, perfectly suited for 4 people for a relaxed group stay. • Clean Environment: The villa was generally very clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout the stay. • Free Parking: Convenient free parking right at the ground floor made it easy for us to come and go, especially with a rental car. • Nice View with Balcony: The balcony offered a beautiful view, just as advertised, providing a serene spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. • Basic Cooking Ingredients: The kitchen included essentials like oil, salt, and pepper, which was a thoughtful touch for preparing simple meals. • Private and quiet surroundings: Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests. ⸻ 👎 What could be improved: • Aging and Dirty Sofa: The sofa looked worn and dirty, to the point where I hesitated to sit on it, which detracted from the overall comfort of the living area. • Faulty Stove: The stove frequently beeped due to a lack of gas, making cooking frustrating and disrupting the kitchen experience. • Used Dishwashing Sponge: The dishwashing sponge wasn’t brand new, which felt unhygienic. A fresh sponge should be provided for each new guest to ensure a clean start.»

«El registro se realiza mediante un código QR que se envía por correo electrónico con antelación. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y comprensivo. La habitación estaba perfectamente equipada con utensilios básicos de cocina, nevera, lavadora, plancha, etc. Los artículos de aseo estaban colocados frente al ascensor en la primera planta, pero al ir a buscarlos después de registrarme, me di cuenta de que faltaban algunos y no los repusieron hasta la mañana siguiente, lo cual fue una decepción.»
