非常非常滿意哈，上島了，來和走都有人來接，上島了來接的小哥熱情的介紹島上的好玩的地方，有的一些問題都及時的解答，推薦我們去趕海，挺好玩的，也蠻適合小朋友的，走的時候剛好12點左右，老闆不吃飯也送我們去碼頭，還送了我們方便麪餵魚。房間也很大很寬敞，還挺乾淨的，很多都準備了一次性的用具，乾淨衞生；也有投影儀，能看電視；寬大的落地窗，雖然看的不是海景，但椰子樹和藍天映襯，挺寧靜安逸的；環境也挺安靜的；附近住的島民都挺健談的，挺適合上島慢節奏的生活，不錯不錯👍👍👍

在攜程看到高分來的，果然是對的起這個4.9分的高分，設施非常新，有投影小朋友特別喜歡，乾淨，衞生，太適合一家人出遊了，我覺得是這次三亞定的酒店最滿意的一次，小姐姐服務也很好，送我們的大叔也很親切，留下了很難忘的西島之行，下次還要來定這個

Although there were some positive aspects,the negative experiences significantly overshadowed them. As someone who values cleanliness, especially when traveling with a child, I was extremely disappointed. The toilet was incredibly dirty, to the point where it was obvious it hadn't been scrubbed for a long time. The floor was covered in dust, making it impossible to walk barefoot, and the towels had visible stains. I reported these issues to the front desk, and they sent a cleaning staff to address the problem. However, when she arrived, she only wiped a few surfaces with a cloth. I checked the bathroom while she was still there and pointed out the dirty areas. There were hairs stuck to the glass, yellow and black stains on the walls, and even what appeared to be urine stains on the floor. When I asked if she had cleaned, she said yes, but it was clear that proper scrubbing and disinfecting were necessary. I had to insist that she scrub the toilet, and although she did so reluctantly and hastily, it was evident that she wasn't thorough. I understand that there are many rooms to clean each day, but that doesn't justify rushing such an important task. Even after scrubbing, the dirt was still visible, and she seemed to view me as a difficult guest rather than someone who expects basic hygiene standards. I’d be ok with the rooms having a fresh plain smell of nothing since not so many people enjoy the smell of diffusers, especially Asians, but for a claimed five-star hotel, it smelled like dust mixed with very old furniture and stuffy place. On the bright side, it wasn’t as crowded as I expected since it was during holidays. The breakfast was pretty decent but lacked options for non-pork eaters. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful, especially Lily.

酒店位置挺好的，就在海邊，離椰夢長廊很近，去海邊看夕陽跟方便。服務很棒，還可以免費接機，太讚了，給店長點贊。周邊吃飯很方便，外賣還可以直接送到房間，太讚了，性價比超級好，強烈推薦哦

入住三亞一木莊園民宿，真的是一次非常難忘的體驗！民宿的環境非常棒，周圍綠樹環繞，空氣清新，彷彿置身於一片寧靜的世外桃源。房間乾淨整潔，裝修風格簡約又温馨，床品舒適，睡得很香。最讓我驚喜的是，民宿的老闆和工作人員都特別熱情，服務周到，給了我們很多貼心的旅行建議，還幫忙安排了行程和交通，真的讓人感覺像回到家一樣温暖。民宿的位置也很方便，距離海邊機場都不遠，飯後散步步行就能到達，傍晚散步看日落簡直太美了！早餐也很豐盛，特別是當地特色的美食，味道超級棒。總之，這次入住體驗非常滿意，強烈推薦給來三亞旅行的朋友們！下次來三亞，一定還會選擇一木莊園民宿！

Friendly service and staff. We needed to use a translation APP at one point, but there was no feeling of annoyance in doing so, which was very nice of the staff. The area was beautiful and the room was a good fit for two people. The only problem was noisy neighbors, but in general: we would stay here again!

Si te gusta la felicidad, elige este lugar✌El que está en el centro de la segunda foto es Fanshe😁. Como era la primera vez que iba a Nanshan, no planifiqué bien el tiempo, lo que provocó un retraso en el check-out. La vista al mar desde la habitación con vista al mar de 270 grados es realmente hermosa. Después de salir del hotel y bajar, puedes ver la playa y el mar. La habitación está muy limpia y es muy conveniente para comer cerca. la próxima vez que vaya a sanya

Очень довольны, что выбрали именно эти апартаменты. Очень чисто, убирались каждый день, приносили воду. Есть абсолютно всё необходимое, включая стиральную машинку с функцией сушки. В коридоре можно взять зонтик и отпариватель для одежды. Отличная детская площадка- сын был в восторге. А особенно ему понравилось наблюдать из окна, как взлетают самолёты. При этом в самой квартире тихо. До пляжа идти 10 минут прогулочным шагом. В выходной день показывали на площадке кино и бесплатно раздавали чай и поп корн. Близко расположен большой супермаркет. В следующий раз обязательно ещё раз остановимся в этих аппартаментах.

Our transport got us to the wrong location the first time, but after calling the front desk, the reception lady was very kind to quickly zip over on an electric scooter and brought us to the correct location which was just about 100m away. There were locals staying in the apartment block too, some accommodations were rented out for tourists. Comfortable 2-room private apartment for 4 adults, with 2 rooms and double beds, 1 common shower, wash area and toilet. Kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, crockery, cutlery and some food preparation tools. Living/dining room had a TV, coffee table, 3-seater sofa, dining table and 4 chairs. Balcony had a washing machine with capsule detergent, drying rack, a couple of outdoor chairs. A nice sea view awaits with views of surrounding apartments. Morning/afternoon sun shone onto the balcony nicely, providing warmth and excellent for drying clothes. Need to request floormat at the shower area, digital lock was hard to open at times, remote for TV wasn't working but reception resolved quickly. You can link up with reception via WeChat for any queries or requests. At ground level there're just 1 or 2 grocery shops and about 3 eateries, but not very lively. About 10mins walk, you can reach a shopping mall/arcade with a very large supermarket and there you can get lots of snacks, drinks and a variety of other day to day items. Lots of eating places at the shopping mall too. Although the apartment is quite out of the way, just call DiDi as its very fast to arrive and took us to many places.
