The space
Our beach house is minutes away from Cedar Point, Jackson Street Pier, ferries to the islands, and many more hotspots for food and fun. Our home is the best retreat for families because we have a private laundry room, a roomy kitchen, and great seating and sleeping options within the home.
Guest access
Access is available to all of Unit 2 of the Beach house, but ends at the breezeway. The breezeway entrance is located beyond the laundry room.
Other things to note
Security cameras are located on the outside of the house and in the breezeway. None within the living space of the house, ensuring your complete privacy.
Property is located in a nice neighborhood with quiet neighbors. Guests must be respectful of noise levels at night. Know that the house is located near train tracks so noise levels can be heard at night.

Our incredible Beach themed home features 8 bedrooms (one on the main floor).One King, Eight Queens, One Double and one pull out futon. The forever water heater means you'll never run out of hot water....take a nice hot, long shower if you want to. If you like restaurants, museums, coffee houses, night spots, theaters and antique shops you will love staying in this location.
Private parking for three/four in the back with additional parking directly in front of our home for four/five additional vehicles. We offer dining room seating for 20 with six additional seats in the kitchen. We've also added a privacy deck and eating area for entertaining in the back.....palm trees...white lights....you get the picture. Come stay in a extra large home where generations can come together as a family and create memories that will last a lifetime.
Lake Erie beckons just a short walk away with the boat launch right downtown. Many beautiful parks and play areas line our waterfront. You'll love strolling through our beautiful downtown. We offer a brand new ax throwing bar (fun) an all new indoor mall with new eating establishments. Come enjoy our lush gardens and you can even visit the Carousel Museum to enjoy a ride on their indoor carousel from Cedar Point long ago. Our downtown caters to all levels of tastes in cuisine.
We offer tons of waterfront dining, café style coffee shops and incredible pizzeria's. We have something for everyone. We are a short drive away from the new Cedar Point Sports Complex as well. We look forward to having you stay for a week or a month. Everyone loves vacationing together!

Wake up and grab ur coffee or juice and walk on the patio have a seat and look out over the water as ur breathing in that fresh air as the sun hits ya ,ur friend comes out w a fishing pole and starts catching a few perch ! Sleeps 8, If you are a fisherman bring your boat and dock directly behind the house with direct access to Sandusky Bay and Lake Erie! You can fish both Eastern and Western Lake Erie with short trips! September is a great month for walleye with our great hatches over the past 3 years! We have a cleaning station for you to use and we have shore power and electric for your boat!
