Our home is a 1500 sq ft condo in downtown Sandusky, OH - Close to restaurants, shopping, the islands, Cedar Point, and Sports Force. One block away from the Jet Express ferry! Two bedrooms, two full baths, a full eat in kitchen, family room with loveseat and sofa, balcony overlooking Lake Erie & downtown. There is no lack of things to do in this area. This house has a master suite with a king size bed and a second bedroom with two double beds. Sleeps a family of 4 very comfortably. It also includes two full bathrooms, laundry room and a fully equipped kitchen and living area. Towels and linens provided. House includes Wi-Fi, large smart TV in the living room and a smart TV in each bedroom. TVs are ROKU and you can log into your personal steaming apps as well as free channels. Unwind by sitting outside on the new patio furniture while making some dinner on the grill. No access to the boatwell at this time. This property has two parking spaces available but could have a third vehicle parked directly in front of the patio as long as the street is not blocked. THINGS TO TAKE NOTE OF BEFORE YOUR STAY 1. This is a very close boating community filled with wonderful people. Everyone is there to relax and have a good time. Please be courteous and respectful to the residence.
