"4 star resort if you’re staying in any other room but the apartment. Our room (105) became infested with flying ants and termites on our last night of the trip. Front desk provided us bug spray to deal with the bugs but they kept coming. It was impossible to locate the entry point because there were so many of them. We had to have the kids sleep in our room as I didn’t want them where we had to use the bug spray. On the second night of our trip, the electricity went out in our room and it activated the emergency lights throughout the apartment at 0200. Not the best way to wake up. This was weird as the air conditioner continued to run so at least that was a good thing. I went to the front desk to complain and realized that it had affected the whole hotel as all the other guests were either standing outside their hotel room and the front lobby was packed. Receptionist said it was a problem in the city not caused by them but the street lights and neighboring houses had power and the AC was still running so not sure how you talk that one down. As compensation, they took 20€ off the breakfasts that weren’t included in the hotel apartment booking and gave me a 12 o’clock late checkout from the standard 10am. This hotel is still one of my favorites but selecting that apartment was a bad move. It’s very spartan, does not come with room cleaning but that’s all stated up front when you book. It’s good for a family of 4 to spread out in and we had a terrace to dry off all our beach things after a day out in the sun. Breakfast buffet is good. Also I remember from our first trip the receptionist would provide a map of the neighboring beaches and a code to get a discount for the reservation only beaches. This time I had to ask about it but the receptionist did get us the map and the code after requesting it. It would be cool to provide this to every guest as they checked-in, and for them not to ask about it because this is good information to have."

"We stayed for a week with my partner and our 9 month old baby, if I had to describe everything we liked, a review wouldn't be enough. Excellent staff, from the reception to the dining room staff, through to the room cleaning management, the icing on the cake was the cuisine, truly of the highest level (the chef goes to each table every evening to make sure that everything is going well), not to mention breakfasts that if you don't get your act together you risk spending the morning eating, all homemade and delicious. Punctual and convenient shuttle service. See you next year."

Nos quedamos en un Jardín con su propio veranda/porche privado que mira hacia el mar, que es sólo un paseo 5-minute del hotel. En el hotel, el hotel se encuentra en una zona de la ciudad de San Teodoro, donde se encuentran las playas y las ciudades cercanas, que se han ocupado mucho por la época del año. El hotel es un hotel de gran calidad, y el hotel está muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad. A veces resulta difícil saber qué alimentos en el bufete son libres de carne, aunque parecen (pero no lo son), de lo contrario, la comida y el servicio son de alta calidad. Gracias a todos los empleados del hotel por unas vacaciones tranquilas, relajadas y agradables!"

"Really nice stay here, very close to town. The room was large and clean. Bed was very comfortable, Huge roof top was awesome for a post midnight hang. Plenty of parking and the worked with my wife on gluten free breakfast options. We didn’t use the pool but it seemed nice. Would definitely return if we’re in the area. Roberta at the front desk was very helpful."

"This was our fourth holiday at this wonderful little gem of a hotel and we will return! The warmth and hospitality of the staff are incredible. There have been some lovely renovations to the building since our last visit including shade over the beautiful, relaxing terrace. We have seen Lu Pitrali in quiet and high season now and it is excellent in both. This time, in August there were more opportunities to enjoy sitting outside with gelato or fantastic coffee and cocktails! The rooms are so comfortable and sparkling! "There were drunk, inconsiderate 18 year olds playing football at like 1am and went to the night club after about every night but on the 2nd last night they had the audacity to, when they accidentally broke their chair while playing football(during the night)to swap the chair for our chair and throw the broken piece into the trees! I am a kid, I may take it more gently, but my Dad got barely any sleep a few nights and I completely sympathize. I consider this outrageous!"

"Very gracious residence in a small fraction of San Teodoro (15 minutes by car) reachable in 30 minutes from Olbia. We have stayed in a three-room with 6 seats, spacious and well-formed rooms (in kitchen stoves for all, boxes in the rooms, clean and clean, bathroom with washing machine) . There is a beautiful swimming pool in the residence, with a bedroom, open all day and always clean. Very friendly staff, the Mariana is super available. Beaches at 10/15 min of car, several supermarkets in the area. Super recommended!! "

"El hotel de 4 estrellas se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad, donde se encuentran los metropolitanos y las zonas de la ciudad. No se pudo localizar el punto de entrada porque había tantos de ellos. La segunda noche de nuestro viaje, la electricidad salió en nuestra habitación y activaba las luces de emergencia en todo el apartamento a 0200. Esto fue extraño porque el aire acondicionado continuó a correr por lo menos que fue una buena cosa. I went to the front desk to complain and realized it had affected the whole hotel as all the other guests were either standing outside their hotel room and the front lobby was packed. El receptor dijo que era un problema en la ciudad no causado por ellos, pero las luces de la calle y las casas vecinas tenían poder y el AC estaba todavía funcionando tan no está seguro cómo se habla de eso. En el hotel, el hotel se encuentra en una zona de 10 minutos a pie de la habitación y se encuentra en una zona de 10 minutos a pie de la habitación. Es muy espartano, no viene con limpieza de habitaciones, pero eso es todo señalado en la parte delantera cuando reservas. Es bueno para una familia de 4 para extenderse y tuvimos una terraza para secar todas nuestras cosas de playa después de un día en el sol. También recuerdo desde nuestro primer viaje el receptor proporcionaría un mapa de las playas vecinas y un código para obtener un descuento para la reserva sólo playas. La primera vez que me lo preguntaba, el receptor nos obtuvo el mapa y el código después de pedirlo."

"Servicios y estructura vergonzosos. Situación indecente en la playa. Para acceder hay que atravesar un pantano fétido y maloliente a través de un peligroso muelle con clavos y vigas rotas. No hay baños y la gente excreta sus desechos en los arbustos generando un olor nauseabundo… Resort sin servicios. Spa prácticamente inexistente con personal grosero. No están en absoluto equipados para el viento, que prácticamente siempre está presente, con ceniceros o sombrillas cortavientos, etc. Ser evitado"

"We stayed at the hotel the first 10 days of August; the structure is very well looked after, what is most striking is the pool area where there is also a large veranda that allows you to have breakfast or dinner by the pool. The rooms are very simple, the furniture is minimal, but there is everything you need. If we have to find a sore point, the curtains did not allow the room to be darkened sufficiently and consequently the sunlight entered from the early hours of the morning. As for breakfast and dinner, we can only compliment chef Andrea because he delighted us with very good and well-prepared dishes. Another positive note concerns the service staff starting from the dining room manager Massimo, professional and helpful, the staff, in particular Antonio, Luca, Lorenzo and Sofia who pampered us and made us feel at home. The management and organization of the beach needs to be improved, because although the lifeguards tried to accommodate all requests, there was always a bit of chaos. Despite this, considering the very crowded period, the experience remains very positive."

"Nos apoyamos en esta estructura para visitar San Teodoro y sus alrededores que en 10 minutos en coche se alcanzó tranquilamente. Tenemos una habitación de 2 pisos con hidromasaje, decoración moderna, limpieza infatable, terraza realmente maravillosa. Leticia, que nos ha recibido, fue muy amable y guapa! Si realmente tengo que encontrar algo negativo, no me gustaba el desayuno servido en el bar debajo porque era un buffet pero fue servido por los camareros y luego porque cada 2x3 estaba equivocado para llevarnos las cosas o si olvidaban. ¡Esto es lo que yo haría de otra manera!"

"Just got back after a lovely 11 nights at Bonsai. The rooms are spacious and clean with large bathrooms and a modern shower. The staff are amazing! Professional, attentive and friendly. The food available was very good, something for everyone. Hats off to the chef! The bar connected to the hotel was lovely, great prices and lovely staff. Location for us was perfect. A nice beach 2 minutes away and some great bars and restaurants in the vicinity. A 20 minute pleasant stroll takes you into the main town which was much bigger than we expected. Gets busy but a lovely vibe in the evening with plenty more bars and restaurants."
