«Me he alojado aquí muchas veces. El ambiente de desayuno de este hotel es realmente de primera clase. Debes sentarte junto a la ventana para disfrutar del paisaje. La habitación es grande y la cama cómoda. Esta vez descubrí que hay un autobús lanzadera a Ximending. La única insatisfacción fue que había un grupo escolar japonés con decenas de estudiantes durante nuestra estancia. Durante el desayuno, esto afecta seriamente a otros huéspedes individuales a la hora de encontrar un asiento o conseguir comida. Es muy molesto toparse con esta clase de estudiantes cada mañana mientras desayunamos.»

«El servicio fue pésimo. Reservé este hotel con dos comidas. Para la cena, nos dijeron que no podíamos pedir el menú caro, así que pedimos según lo recomendado. Las ostras no estaban muy frescas y la sopa estaba muy licuada y sin sabor. No disfrutamos mucho de la comida, y al terminar, nos dieron la cuenta con un cargo adicional. Le pregunté a la señora a qué se debía ese cargo adicional, y al principio ni siquiera supo qué era lo que pasaba. Luego llamó a otra señora mayor, quien regresó y nos explicó: ”Este menú que pediste no estaba incluido en tu plan de comidas. Pero no importa, es culpa nuestra, no te cobraremos. Aceptaremos los cargos adicionales”. Sentí que no nos estaban dando algo ni prestando servicios con generosidad. Fue muy incómodo. Y el chico que trabaja en el spa del segundo piso fue muy grosero. ¿Cheng? ¿Chen? Fue muy grosero y nada agradable. Además, para el spa exterior (¿piscina?), sé que muchos otros hoteles permiten usar gorro de ducha, pero me dijeron que comprara uno de natación. Eran tan estrictos que, aunque llevábamos traje de baño, no pudimos usar el spa exterior (¿piscina?). Pagué casi 600 $ y este hotel no merece tanto. No lo recomiendo jamás.»

«My wife and I stayed here for 3 days for a layover returning back to the USA. We wanted something different and affordable, and this was it!! We loved the idea of the personal hot spring tub and did not mind the small room at all. Cleanliness I rated a two do to the amount of water damage and mold in the room. While we didnt make a big fuss of it at the property do to the language barrier and our need to visit the hospital imediatley after our check in. It did not seem to bother our health but wasjust ugly to look at and worrisome for those who are sensitive. I only remembered to take these two photos of the mold:/ but the ceiling in the bedroom had significant water damage and mold in difierent parts of the room. Althought the air filters in the room were cleaned or new! Location I rated a 4 because while I love the quite area and beauitful park right next door. It is up a huge hill and public transportation drops you at the bottom. This leave a 12 ish minute walk up the steep hill. While we didnt mind this, those who are chosing to visit, be prepared or use uber! Service & Amenities 5 stars, little engliah spoken by staff but I dont expect people to conform to my needs. Hot Spring tub was amazing. They cleaned the room up well while we were out!»

«La habitación es espaciosa y realmente grande para las parejas, sin embargo, sería más agradable si pudieran dar el tobillo y la pasta de dientes gratis con la habitación (estuvimos durante la noche)»

«A little old but room given to me was big with proper work desk and chair. Free mini bar that has small can of coke and isotonic, instant tea, drip coffee, some other teabags and 2 small pack of crackers which get replenished daily. Gym was tiny with limited equip so not exactly ideal and has to access thru the emergency stairs from level 8 to level 9 - found it eerie first time accessing it. Breakfast spread limited, hopefully would be improved on to offer items like cup yogurt, granola etc. Location wise 1 stop from City Hall MRT, actually walkable if not in rush. There are buses to 101 so easier than changing train lines to go to the red lines. A large Poya next door, Starbucks just few steps away. Couple of convenience stores and more eateries opp. Hotel staff generally was polite. The lady who assisted with my check in and out was extremely helpful. Overall impression of hotel was good. Very good value esp in comparison to the super high px near City Hall.»

«Decided to take a little break with my wife for a quick one night stay in Taipei, to visit Beitou famous for its onsen. We ended up choosing to stay at the Grand View Resort and it was a really pleasant stay. The hotel staff is really friendly and provides impeccable service. Will definitely return!»

«Very nice hotel for a couples weekend retreat outstanding service, breakfast was great. Room and overall hotel presentation clean and newly renovated. Bed was very comfortable. Own Spring Water bathtub and hotel also had its our in house onsen. Free shuttle bus.»
