We paid the post office I find normal, but it was not necessary if they did their work for us as soon as we left in any case, too bad for this hotel and your service, a little chaotic, ??"

Their genuine hospitality made us feel right at home and ensured that everything went smoothly throughout our stay. The location is perfect, you are right in Old Town, close to the water, shops, and all of the restaurants. Everything is a quick walk. "Spent 10 nights here. Location is great as right on the seafront prom. Shops and restaurants all around. 10 mins walk to the long golden beach and free sun beds. Close to marina and old town. Housekeeping daily. Breakfast nice especially the delicious orange juice. Room was clean, a good size with lots of storage and a large bathroom. There was a very large step into the shower - stepping over the side of a jacuzzi bath. Not ideal for all and future guests should be made aware as this could be dangerous. We paid extra for a sea view room but were disappointed. Our room was very noisy on the first floor over the main road and taxi rank. We saw trees, traffic, tops of boats and masts - just a bit of the sea. Sure this would improve from a higher floor. Staff we met were professional and polite but a more friendlier, personal approach would have been nice especially as we were there 10 days."

"Excellent location just minutes from the beach and promenade. Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, etc. in the immediate vicinity. The pool wasn't very large but it was wonderful for cooling off. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We had an apartment at the front of the hotel with a nice balcony. The street is quite busy/lively, but once the doors and windows are closed, you don't notice it anymore. We didn't book breakfast at the hotel, but there are lovely places nearby for breakfast. Free parking in the area can be a challenge, but there is plenty of paid parking."

Lovely room slightly small but was everything you’d need and Cleaned everyday.Great location roughly 10/15 minute walk from the town however an uphill walk to get back but we did not mind at all. However, the one aspect of the hotel that truly stood out to us and made our stay was the staff! Truly hope they get the recognition they deserve as they are extremely helpful, hardworking and kind. A special thank you to those working in the pool bar and hotel bar during our stay truly lovely people. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough we’ll be back!"

"We had a wonderful holiday with exceptional value for money. The reception team was very friendly and accommodating. The bar staff were hit or miss—Dymitrij and a local bartender were great, whereas the rest were a bit unprofessional with odd jokes, though still polite enough. The food was delicious, and even with a slightly smaller spread than a standard 4-star and this is only 3*. Room servis was great! We were very satisfied. A real fruit juice at breakfast would be nice, but that's just a small detail ;). Thank you for a great stay, we’d love to come back!"
