"A very good hotel. The key is the service. If you have any questions before going to the hotel, send an email and they will reply within almost 10 minutes. After arriving at the hotel, all the staff were very polite and I felt like I was at home. The hotel's facilities and furnishings both reflect the Italian style and are extremely high-end. The hotel's private sea water is on the edge of a rock and there is no beach, but the service is particularly good. I think the quality of sea water is average."

Además, el horario de transporte de la ciudad está en la pared del recepcionista, y el personal le ayudará a consultarlo en cualquier momento. Desayuno: Desayuno europeo, café es genial."

We couldn’t have hoped for a better week and were genuinely sad to leave for our next destination. Breakfast was the highlight of our day. They have everything you could need but nothing quite beats gazing out to sea, sipping on a cool Prosecco and enjoying a large slice of Torta Caprese. Other reviews mention the price. Yes, it’s very expensive but what do you expect? It’s a 5 star, 12th century palace over looking the Amalfi coast! More reasonable food and drink prices can easily be found in the town of Ravello. Thank you to all the staff! We will return one day. "

"This is one of my favourite hotels in the world. Sitting on top of a mountain, with stunning views of both the sea and other mountains for miles on end. Pictures don't do it justice, it has to be seen with your own eyes to be truly appreciated. Just be prepared for a short 10 minute hike with stairs to reach the hotel, since there are no direct roads accessible, but your luggage will be taken care of by the hotel porters. The walk to the hotel is a refreshing experience itself, giving you a taste of the Ravello mountain life! The staff were all polite and professional, catering to our every need. We went for our wedding anniversary, and the staff accommodated us at every moment, even opening up their helipad for our pickup during departure. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful escape far away from noise and people!"

"5 star hotel but in my opinion not worth 5. I would give it a 4. Luckily we had a great dinner at their restaurant. So perfect dinner; with really helpful and welcoming waiters Mattia and Pietro. However, I was disappointed by the treatment at the reception and by the restaurant manager. In fact, the reception was not very hospitable, and the restaurant manager was not very inclusive in explaining the menus and not very sociable. Furthermore, given that it is a 5 star hotel they should have make-up remover kits for women - kits with toothpaste... but they had nothing, so much so that I slept without being able to remove my make-up. (I was in this hotel as a surprise). Rooms outside the hotel, not great. In fact they were just very modern, but had little luxury. They looked more like well-renovated and redone apartments. But not 5 star rooms. So it wasn't entirely comfortable to be 5 star. I recommend it for dinner, yes, but not for staying over."

"Adagio Ravello is a decent and not so posh property, we went around mid-august when it was quite hot. The only downside of the property was that the rooms did not have ACs, whilst the living room had 1 AC which saved our lives ! The staff is quite helpful - Marco ! The hotel's location is great, 28 mins to Amalfi town. the rooms were quite spacious , despite having 2 rooms there was only 1 toilet again a bit of a let down. The rooftop infinity pool is a scam , it is a portable make shift arrangment so dont keep high hopes from the pics that you see on the webportal or other websites. "

"We booked this hotel at the last minute, as we wanted a short break from our 4-week stay on Capri. The Hotel Rufolo is a charming, quite old-fashioned hotel located very centrally in Ravello. We’d booked a deluxe room with a view of the sea and were given a lovely room on the fourth floor with an enormous private terrace - incredible views of the Mediterranean! The room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was included with our room rate and it was just so so. Although the breakfast room was largely empty when we arrived around 8:30 am, many of the buffet offerings had not been replenished and we had to seek out staff to get us some scrambled eggs and bacon, which took some time. But breakfast aside, our experience at the Hotel Rufolo was very pleasant and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone planning a short stay in the beautiful town of Ravello."

The views are unparalleled, the rooms are clean, comfortable and very functional. The breakfast is excellent. We’re still buzzing about sharing breakfast with the amazing view. I could see the stress of my adult kids melt away as they relaxed at the Garden Ravello. The recommended restaurants, hikes and activities were spot on. "Estaban con nuestra hija y mi padre allí. Tenían 2 habitaciones para 2 noches. Las habitaciones eran lo suficientemente grandes. El calefacción con aire acondicionado es una ciencia para nosotros. Los calefactores (incluso en el baño) no calentaban lo que no era óptimo. El personal fue muy amable y el desayuno se adaptó bien. Las matracas fueron super! La situación era muy tranquila. Las imágenes con jardín y vista al mar fueron algo engañosas. Teníamos la terraza en el patio, que era muy agradable. No sé si hay otra cosa. El precio para la costa amalfica era OK. ¡En cualquier caso, una excelente alojamiento con hostales amables!"
