My family’s stay at Seda Hotel was truly memorable, thanks to the incredible hospitality and excellent service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, the employees went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition for their consistent efforts in keeping my room tidy and spotless throughout my stay. Returning to a fresh and well-maintained room every day was a pleasure, and it added to the overall comfort of the experience. The hotel’s location is another standout feature. Being so close to all the major malls made it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. I appreciated the easy access to everything I needed, which saved me a lot of time and effort.

Comfortable bed and great service. Convenient and very near to Smart Araneta Coliseum if you are there for concerts.

El hotel está en una habitación de baño y dormitorio. (Muchas cuestiones de mantenimiento, no hay aire acondicionado remoto dentro de la habitación siempre tengo que llamar a la recepción cuando necesito ajustar la temperatura de mi habitación AC/TV canales no funcionan correctamente. Parece que la gestión no mantuvo la limpieza del hotel. Especialmente en este momento, COVID-19 más atención a la limpieza del hotel, como Covid-19 cuarentena Hotel Dreamworld Araneta Cubao necesita mejorar la limpieza de las habitaciones. Huele muy feo, no puedo imaginar que los perros correrán por toda mi mesa de cabeza.

Calidad y asequible Este es uno de los mejores hoteles con precios asequibles. Me gusta la habitación, me siento relajado y el baño es limpio. El personal es todo agradable, fácil de negociar y la habitación es muy limpia.

El hotel ofrece un servicio de calidad y una gran experiencia. Desde el desayuno buffet en CASA donde nos estaban alojando muy cerca por el personal y check-in en nuestro bebé de vez en cuando para asegurarse de que está disfrutando de su comida al personal del escritorio que hizo su mejor para proporcionarnos todas nuestras necesidades durante nuestro ¡Quédate (especialmente el baño de bebé!). ¡Muchas gracias! ¡Regresaremos!

La ubicación era buena por la razón por la que viajaba. Si lo tuyo es ir de compras, también estaba conectado con el Galleria Mall y a una corta distancia a pie del gigante SM Mega Mall. El personal era amable y servicial (como debe ser) y el buffet de desayuno era el típico (aunque evita los pasteles ya que estaban muy secos). Las habitaciones no son modernas. Los muebles parecían ser de principios de los 2000 o finales de los 90, por lo que no eran tan bonitos como me hubiera gustado. Probablemente lo principal que no me gustó fue el olor extraño en la habitación. No estaba mal, solo un olor a humedad viejo que era constante. También maté una pequeña cucaracha en la mesa auxiliar. No es un gran problema para mí, pero puede ser un problema para otros viajeros. El gimnasio (con buenos y abundantes equipos) y la piscina se comparten con el Holiday Inn de al lado. El Crowne Plaza está bien, y lo recomendaría, pero es un lugar antiguo y algunas partes se sienten como un establecimiento de 3 estrellas.

Sequoia Hotel Upon checking in, I was asked how many will be staying in the room and I said 3. The receptionist pointed out that breakfast is just for 2 of which, I didn’t have a problem with. He asked for payment for 2 nights which I paid using my card and asked for Php 2000 cash deposit which I said I’s rather be put on hold from my card. Oddly enough, we were only given 1 key. I thought maybe there was already a card placed in the card switch socket in the room but when we got there, there was none. So, was the assumption is that we each one of us open the door every time someone goes out and comes back? I requested for an extra key which took time so I made another follow up. After a couple of mins wait, someone knocked and I don’t know if they were trying to be funny but 2 staff were holding out 2 keycards when I opened the door. Seriously? Room was small but nice. There was an electric kettle and cups, the usual hotel set up but they didn’t have complimentary coffee and tea set up. A small thing for Php 4200 per night rate. On our second night, when we came back from a wedding, it was so upsetting to discover that our keys didn’t work when we came back to our room. I asked reception why and she said the key expired. Again - seriously? You get 2 nights room payment but cut the key for 1 night??? The lady didn’t even apologize but rather, said she will check on the person on duty when I checked in. Then - no updates already. After the key incident, imagine finally being able to access our room and discovering that it wasn’t cleaned. I called reception, spoke to a guy and again, I was told that “he will check on Housekeeping”. When asked if my assumption is correct that all our rooms remain uncleaned, he said “most probably, yes.” WHAAAAAAT? Waited and waited to nothing so I called again and a lady answered. She told me yes that they are already checking on what happened………….. so I asked her what I should do - am i waiting for someone to clean? Am i waiting for their feedback on what happened? Ang labo. Also reported na din our AC that doesn’t cool and is noisy. In fairness, Maintenance people went up right away. But they just told us that “every so often, when the AC / room reaches it’s max temp, the AC goes to eco mode”. What are they talking about? The AC never reached a cool mode since we checked in 24 hours ago. Room attendant finally arrived and cleaned our rooms one by one. Of course, we have to do room hopping while cleaning was on going. Convenient right? Not. Cleaning was so-so - used cups were not replaced. You’d still see a paper on the floor. Bathroom sink wasn’t wiped. But then, at least the room was “refreshed” for the night. Too many on duty on a Saturday at the front desk - apart from the 2 ladies (there was a 3rd too) at the desk. There were 2 gentlemen walking around the lobby, doing nothing.
