SSHAINAI had a fantastic stay at Seda Vertis North from February 8-12 while on a business trip. The Corner Suite was spacious, modern, and had everything I needed—a comfortable king-sized bed, a well-lit work desk, and fast WiFi that made working from the hotel effortless. The floor-to-ceiling windows gave me a beautiful city view, which was a nice touch after a long day of meetings.
One of the best parts of my stay was the exclusive lounge access—a quiet and comfortable space where I could work, enjoy refreshments, and unwind in between tasks. The location was also a big plus, as it was close to business centers, restaurants, and shopping malls.
The staff was incredibly accommodating and professional, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, and I appreciated the well-maintained gym and pool, which allowed me to relax and recharge.
Overall, Seda Vertis North was the perfect home base for my business trip—comfortable, convenient, and well-managed. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

CCeejCelebrated our anniversary here, the room was so clean and very spacious, room service was approachable but quite slow on requests. Our stay came with a free breakfast, the restaurant was an international buffet, the food served were all great and freshly cooked. It was a very nice experience.

TTropical NomadA Relaxing Stay with a View (and a few quirks) at Eastwood Richmonde Hotel
I recently had the pleasure of staying in a one-bedroom suite at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel, and while it wasn't perfect, it certainly provided a comfortable and convenient base for my trip.
The Highlight Reel:
* That View! My suite offered stunning scenic views, which really elevated the overall experience. Waking up to that each morning was a definite plus.
* Shower Power: The shower was fantastic - great water pressure and a unique see-through glass wall option for those who dare!
* Service with a Smile: The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and valued.
* Eastwood Convenience: The hotel's location in Eastwood City is unbeatable. With shops, restaurants, and entertainment options all within walking distance, I had everything I needed right at my doorstep.
A Few Minor Hiccups:
* Time for an Update? While my suite was spacious and comfortable, some of the facilities felt a bit dated. stained sofa, cigarette smelling carpets. A little refurbishment here and there would go a long way.
* Magnetic Mayhem: A heads-up for fellow travelers in the digital age: the hotel still uses old-school magnetic keycards. It seems my phone has a strong magnetic field, and I kept accidentally demagnetizing my keycard! This meant a few extra trips down to the front desk for replacements. A minor inconvenience, but something to be aware of. Perhaps it's time for the hotel to consider upgrading to a more modern RFID system, which wouldn't be susceptible to this kind of interference.
Overall:
Despite the slightly dated facilities and the keycard quirk, I enjoyed my stay at the Eastwood Richmonde Hotel. The combination of a great location, friendly service, and that incredible view made it a worthwhile experience. If you're looking for a relaxing stay in the heart of Eastwood City and prioritize convenience and a great view, this hotel is definitely worth considering. Just be mindful of your phone's magnetic prowess if you're carrying your keycard nearby!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and was impressed with several aspects of my experience. First and foremost, cleanliness was outstanding. The entire property, from the lobby to the rooms, was spotless, making it a comfortable and refreshing place to stay. The housekeeping team did a great job in maintaining hygiene, and everything felt well-maintained.
The beddings were of high quality, soft, and comfortable, which made my sleep very restful. After a long day of travel and exploring, having a cozy and well-prepared bed was definitely a highlight. The pillows were just right—not too firm or too soft—providing excellent support.
One of the best features of this hotel is its accessibility. It is strategically located near key areas, making it very convenient for transportation and getting around. Whether you're here for business or leisure, the location makes it easy to reach different destinations without any hassle. Restaurants, shops, and public transport are all within a short distance.
The lighting in the room was well thought out, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It was neither too dim nor too bright, making it easy to relax and unwind. The overall ambiance contributed to a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The rooms were impeccably clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious for a budget-friendly option. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a good night’s sleep.
The bathroom was spotless, equipped with all the basics, and the hot water supply was reliable. Though the hotel doesn’t provide a restaurant, it’s surrounded by numerous eateries offering a variety of cuisines within walking distance, so dining was never an issue. The lobby had a minimalist yet welcoming design, and the 24/7 front desk staff were always available to assist with any queries or requests, showing a genuine willingness to help.
For those traveling by car, the on-site parking was a convenient bonus. The hotel also has strong Wi-Fi, which made staying connected easy throughout my visit. Security is another aspect worth mentioning; the building felt safe, with keycard access required to enter both the elevator and rooms.

MMs. AngeHotel Stay Review
I stayed at this hotel with my four siblings. Initially, I booked a premium room for two people because I expected only one of my siblings to join me. However, plans changed, and all four of us ended up coming. When we arrived at the hotel around 11 a.m., I approached the front desk to request an upgrade to a room that could accommodate five people. I was informed that no such room was available, so I agreed to book an additional suite room (Suite Two), which could accommodate three more people.
I appreciated that the hotel placed both rooms next to each other—a thoughtful arrangement that made it easier for my older sister and me to look after our three teenage siblings.
We were aware that check-in was at 2 p.m. and were willing to wait. Since it was a holiday (Lenten season), most nearby establishments, like malls, were closed. The front desk initially encouraged us to go out and explore, but I gently reminded them it was a holiday and most places would be closed. Eventually, they allowed us to wait in the lobby, and we were pleasantly surprised when they let us check in early at 1 p.m., which we really appreciated.
The front desk staff were approachable and polite during both check-in and our stay. However, we experienced some issues with communication. When I called to order food, I clearly requested seven cups of plain steamed rice, two pitchers of service water, carbonara, two sticks of chicken barbecue, and beef tapa. I specifically asked that all rice—including the one that comes with the beef tapa—be plain steamed rice. The male clerk repeated the order and confirmed all the details.
However, when the food arrived, we only received two cups of rice, one of which was garlic rice, and the rest of the order was incomplete. The pitchers of water were also forgotten and only empty glasses were delivered. I had to call again and follow up several times until the order was completed. I didn’t get angry or raise my voice, but I was genuinely disappointed. Everyone stayed calm, but the experience was frustrating and could have been avoided with better communication and attention to detail.
The Suite Two room was spacious and satisfying, but we were surprised to find a cockroach crawling on the floor, which my brother had to kill and dispose of.
The premium room was quite narrow, but the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well.
The telephone in Suite Two had an issue with the volume. At first, I thought there was no dial tone, but later realized the volume was just extremely low—we could barely hear the person on the other end, and the phone didn’t ring audibly.
The shower in one of the rooms had no curtain, although there was a rod for one. After my sister showered, the bathroom floor got soaked. We weren’t provided with floor towels, which was concerning since we had younger siblings who could easily slip. I called for assistance, and while the staff responded, they arrived without the necessary tools and had to return multiple times. As for amenities, the room for three had only two slippers, and the room for two had none. This felt a bit lacking, as we expected a more thoughtful provision of basic items.
A consistent issue we faced was the drop-off location. Whenever our Grab drivers would drop us off at the hotel, they seemed frustrated due to confusion over the signage. The signage directing drivers to the drop-off area was placed in a way that led drivers to believe it was the exit, rather than the entrance. This caused some inconvenience, as drivers would end up at the wrong location and have to turn around, adding unnecessary frustration to their experience.

So far now, we are in a room that amenties are working perfectly fine.

EEjgrl90The staff was super friendly, but there were a lot of amenties described here that were not available, such as the pool and gym. Our AC in the room wouldnt turn on initially as well, and I had to ask someone to come in to get it to start (apparently there wasnt enough batteries in the AC remote!)
Also, the front of the hotel was undergoing construction, so they couldn't provide us with a place to park, which was inconvenient. On top of this, I have asked for late checkout the night before, which the front desk person said it would be possible since the hotel was a bit empty, but the next morning, the person on the front desk insisted we needed to pay PHP 450/hour for late checkout. Overall though, I liked the room and the night shift front desk and would definitely want to visit again once construction is done.
