Excelente ubicación en el corazón de Quezon City, muy cerca de centros comerciales y establecimientos. Reservamos en la habitación Club, que es excelente, el té de la tarde es excelente, especialmente nuestra noche de cócteles. Mucho valor por el dinero

We stayed overnight for my son’s birthday. I’ve nothing bad to say about this hotel at all. Ambiance - the high ceilings of the building gave the hotel a luxurious feel. The lounge area had comfy sofas; they have a restaurant that either serve buffet style or plated. Location - the hotel is located in Scout Castor. There are nearby restaurants, cafes, and a convenience store. You’ll appreciate the silence of the surroundings especially if you need a good nights rest. Hotel room - we stayed at an executive twin bedroom on the eight floor. I was very surprised with how spacious the room was for the price we paid for! It also had high ceilings with floor length windows and blind curtains. The room had a modern industrial style which i loved so much. Amenities - they have water refilling stations on every floor to prevent the use of single use plastic bottles. The pool area was so nice.. the pool itself was only about 4 feet deep. There’s also a lounge are where you can relax and enjoy the view of QC. Staff - Everyone we encountered on April 29-30, 2023 were super kind and courteous! I want to commend the receptionists (i forgot to get their names huhu) and sir Harold for being so nice to us talaga. I was alone with two small kids and nakikipag kwentuhan sila and nakikipagtawanan sila sa akin. Hehe. I dunno, I just appreciated it so much kasi this was the first time I traveled alone with my kids. All in all, Privato QC is an awesome place and we will definitely go back probably for a longer stay pa. Medyo nakakagulat nga na wala masyado guests though peak times kami nag book considering it was a long weekend pa. This hotel gets a five star for me! ❤️

Got a great deal online, booked for two nights as I had a wedding to attend in one of the nearby churches and thought to turn it into a weekend staycation with the kids. The suite was spacious, with one restroom per floor. The kitchen came with a stove, but the electric water kettle didn't work. A microwave would have been nice, since the kitchen did not come with any cooking equipment. The beds were comfortable, though the pillow in the smaller room was really lousy, hardly any form left to it at all. Towels and basic toiletries were provided, as well as some water bottles. The A/C units worked well all weekend, and it was close to several establishments. There was an option to use the pool if we wanted. The elevators - horrible. Day 1 was fine, but every day we stayed, less and less elevators worked. By checkout time we had to take the stairs all the way down from the 10th floor with all out luggage because only one unit was servicing all floors. Guards and staff were friendly and accommodating. Parking was super tight squeeze. All in all, good for a basic stay but not more than that.

We had a pleasant 2-night stay at Novotel (room only, no breakfast). Service was excellent (they provided a cake for us to celebrate our anniversary, and we asked for late check out which they kindly accepted), The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Good wifi connection if you need to work. The location is great with lots of cafes, restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The gym is open 24/7 (attended 6am-11pm) and there is a steam room but we didn’t use it. The gelato on 1F was pretty good! Couple of areas for improvement: - the walls were thin so we could hear people next door talking, or the shower adjacent to ours - our rainfall shower did not work and there is no shower door so the floor got a bit wet - there are not many amenities available - only body wash, shampoo, hand wash, body lotion, toothbrushes

Well done I must say I was surprised with the lack of stuffing around the book in five rooms the staff were quick and courteous something that I find frustrating in the Philippines how long things take there was never an issue they were easy to deal with hotel looks fantastic the rooms are renovated to a high standard very happy was certainly be a repeat customer

Desde el desayuno buffet en CASA donde nos estaban alojando muy cerca por el personal y check-in en nuestro bebé de vez en cuando para asegurarse de que está disfrutando de su comida al personal del escritorio que hizo su mejor para proporcionarnos todas nuestras necesidades durante nuestro ¡Quédate (especialmente el baño de bebé!). ¡Muchas gracias! ¡Regresaremos!

No hemos terminado de comer nuestras patatas y frijoles. Y como introvert no nos gustan los enfrentamientos. Así que aquí está nuestra revisión. BIG NO. tal vez no vuelva.

La ubicación es muy agradable para los centros de transporte y los centros de transporte, y es muy agradable para relajarse y disfrutar de un buen tiempo de conexión con la familia después de un largo día de trabajo. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el personal está muy bien situado, y el desayuno es bueno, y la cama en la habitación está muy cómoda. No obstante, durante nuestra segunda estancia, me di cuenta de que la habitación tenía muchos pequeños perros en el interior. Esto fue muy perturbador, especialmente porque tengo dos niños pequeños. Felizmente, no se les dieron ninguna pieza. Además, la puerta de la habitación no funcionaba y no podía cerrar, lo que fue el mismo problema que tuvimos durante nuestra primera estancia en la habitación de familia. Cuando probamos la zona de piscina, parecía que el dormitorio femenino estaba en renovación, lo que era muy incómodo porque no estabamos seguros si deberíamos usar el dormitorio masculino en lugar de eso. Creo que este hotel es todavía relativamente nuevo, y sugiero que la gestión del hotel trabaje mejor para mantener estas instalaciones. Pero en general, aún me gusta quedarme aquí! Kudos Red Hotel. ♥️

Location: Cleanliness: only provided bath towels. We had to ask for a face towel and didn't bother to ask for a hand towel since we only stayed for 2 nights. The mat towel looked dirty. If it was newly washed, they should not use that anymore for the rooms. It should be used for rags instead. *Volt - it errored out the first time we set it up. We requested service, luckily someone came to repair it in a few minutes. *Room Card - it requires leaving the room card inside the card reader to turn on the electric power of the room, it malfunctioned so someone had to come in to repair it. Service: The toilet was clogged. We requested to service it. No one came while we were in the room. We had to leave to attend a party. When we came back at night, the toilet was still clogged. We called for service, but still, no one came. We had to call again the front desk. Then finally someone came. The front desk didn't voluntarily give us a map where places to eat and shop nearby the hotel. We had to ask instead. Facilities: The lobby was very disappointing. The lounge/seating area looks like we were in the bank. No couches to relax and lounge. No Gym. Location: Surrounding the building is clean, clean road. It's a short driving distance to the shopping malls and public markets.

Here are the comments for our 1 night stay at Luxent. Front Office: Krys and Jason was very friendly but at the same time very professional. They even upgraded my room to the Prima Club Room that has access to the lounge as well. Aljon was also very efficient and helpful he even went to the parking area to assist my husband with our baggage. That same evening Aljon assisted me with the cake delivered to me and have it kept at the Kitchen. Prima Lounge: Dana greeted me with e smile through her eyes (all staff are wearing facemasks) when I went to the the Prima lounge to explore. She mentioned to me the perks of the lounge such as drinks and appetizers available that day. Later that evening my husband and I went back to the lounge to experience what Dana mentioned earlier, I was very excited because I was actually celebrating my birthday yesterday and what a better way to celebrate it with free food and drinks. haha There were alcoholic drinks like red and white wine, scotch, and beers too. if you dont drink you can have sodas or juices. As for the food they have appetizers like canapes, meatballs, fruits and nuts and as well a few choices of cheeses too. Edren was very attentive and very friendly, I forgot the name of the chef but that gave me a mini birthday cake and greeted me too. I would say it was a happy birthday indeed and I thankful I spent it at Luxent. Vertigo Pool/ Bar: Jason and Dixie attended to all our needs during our dinner time at the pool, very accurate in taking our orders and assisted with our every need. Breakfast: I was not able to get the names of the staff who assisted us but everyone is very attentive and helpful, food selection is very decent I loved everything except for the chicken sausage, it tasted weird, and the texture is weird too. Check out was smooth and quick. Dana once again offered us drinks before we go, which I appreciate. The hotel itself is very nice, the room interior is very cozy, it felt vey luxurious as well We loved the bed and the pillows are super soft. Pool is huge and water is nice, 17th floor is clean and very spacious. I loved the cabanas it felt as if i was out of town and not in the middle of Timog/ Morato Area. All in all the Luxent experience was indeed very memorable and enjoyable. You guys made my birthday extra special. Kudos to the employees who work hard and make sure to take the extra mile just to assist the guests and provide the best service.
