We booked 6 rooms for 3 nights and 1 room for 1 night. We asked for same floor level, 2 rooms were given at different floor. And we asked if they can transfer us to the same floor the next day, they said it is fully booked. And they can only transfer 1 room, but the room we transfered into has some foul smell from the toilet. The hotel is connected to gatewaymall.

Average experience. Room needs a more deep clean (dusty floors), bathroom sink has pungent smell and does not drain fast. Bed sheets and pillow cases needs more thorough cleaning or sun drying, has faint smell. And let me tell you about the bed which is two mattress together, not good for back as you only use one side to sleep. Safe is not usable also, entered the room with the safe closed. Staff was not able to fix it, but you can deposit valuable items on the reception, which is more secure. Despite of that, service was good, accomodating staff. Requested also hot water and provided thermos with mugs. Location is also near malls and establishments, public transpo, and terminals. You can literally just walk. Good for my stay to attend the concert.

The room is good, clean and affordable compared to other hotels. Breakfast is exceptional! A must try.. Location is also good as it is near to some fastfood chains

Hotel Stay Review I stayed at this hotel with my four siblings. Initially, I booked a premium room for two people because I expected only one of my siblings to join me. However, plans changed, and all four of us ended up coming. When we arrived at the hotel around 11 a.m., I approached the front desk to request an upgrade to a room that could accommodate five people. I was informed that no such room was available, so I agreed to book an additional suite room (Suite Two), which could accommodate three more people. I appreciated that the hotel placed both rooms next to each other—a thoughtful arrangement that made it easier for my older sister and me to look after our three teenage siblings. We were aware that check-in was at 2 p.m. and were willing to wait. Since it was a holiday (Lenten season), most nearby establishments, like malls, were closed. The front desk initially encouraged us to go out and explore, but I gently reminded them it was a holiday and most places would be closed. Eventually, they allowed us to wait in the lobby, and we were pleasantly surprised when they let us check in early at 1 p.m., which we really appreciated. The front desk staff were approachable and polite during both check-in and our stay. However, we experienced some issues with communication. When I called to order food, I clearly requested seven cups of plain steamed rice, two pitchers of service water, carbonara, two sticks of chicken barbecue, and beef tapa. I specifically asked that all rice—including the one that comes with the beef tapa—be plain steamed rice. The male clerk repeated the order and confirmed all the details. However, when the food arrived, we only received two cups of rice, one of which was garlic rice, and the rest of the order was incomplete. The pitchers of water were also forgotten and only empty glasses were delivered. I had to call again and follow up several times until the order was completed. I didn’t get angry or raise my voice, but I was genuinely disappointed. Everyone stayed calm, but the experience was frustrating and could have been avoided with better communication and attention to detail. The Suite Two room was spacious and satisfying, but we were surprised to find a cockroach crawling on the floor, which my brother had to kill and dispose of. The premium room was quite narrow, but the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. The telephone in Suite Two had an issue with the volume. At first, I thought there was no dial tone, but later realized the volume was just extremely low—we could barely hear the person on the other end, and the phone didn’t ring audibly. The shower in one of the rooms had no curtain, although there was a rod for one. After my sister showered, the bathroom floor got soaked. We weren’t provided with floor towels, which was concerning since we had younger siblings who could easily slip. I called for assistance, and while the staff responded, they arrived without the necessary tools and had to return multiple times. As for amenities, the room for three had only two slippers, and the room for two had none. This felt a bit lacking, as we expected a more thoughtful provision of basic items. A consistent issue we faced was the drop-off location. Whenever our Grab drivers would drop us off at the hotel, they seemed frustrated due to confusion over the signage. The signage directing drivers to the drop-off area was placed in a way that led drivers to believe it was the exit, rather than the entrance. This caused some inconvenience, as drivers would end up at the wrong location and have to turn around, adding unnecessary frustration to their experience.

As a frequent business traveler, I've made Eurotel North EDSA my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Quezon City. Its prime location right across SM North EDSA makes it incredibly convenient—perfect for grabbing a quick meal, doing some shopping, or meeting clients in the area. What stands out the most is the exceptional service from the front desk. The staff are consistently polite and accommodating, often remembering my room preferences and doing their best to assign me a nice room or fulfill specific requests. I’ve even been lucky enough to get an early check-in on several occasions, which is a huge plus when coming from a red-eye flight or back-to-back meetings. The staff are friendly and helpful, making the stay pleasant and hassle-free. While the hotel is fairly basic in terms of amenities, the value for money, location, and reliable service make it an ideal choice for short business trips.

¡Este hotel lo tiene todo! Desde el momento en que entramos, fuimos recibidos con una cálida bienvenida por parte del personal. Fueron tan amables y serviciales que nos sentimos como en casa. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo lo que necesitábamos: tiendas, transporte y todos los lugares turísticos interesantes. Nunca tuvimos que preocuparnos por nada porque el personal siempre estaba dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. Quedamos tan impresionados con nuestra estancia que ya estamos planeando nuestra próxima visita. ¡Este hotel es definitivamente una visita obligada para cualquiera que busque una experiencia emocionante e inolvidable!

Ang location ay very good kasi if aattend ka ng concert sa Araneta Coliseum pwede kang sya lakarin sa amenities naman is naga expect ako na malaki ang room and merong ref kasi tinignan ko talaga yong all amenities kaya ko pinili mag stay kasi meron naka lagay doon kaya nag expect talaga ako pero wala pala meron din naka lagay coffe maker pero kettle lang ang available sa room hindi rin gumagana ng maayos ang TV kasi marami pang pipindutin na pupunta daw sa ganito ganyan pero di naman talaga TV yong habol ko roon. All I can say is as a solo goer maganda mag stay dito kasi malapit sa mall, malapit sa sakayan ng train and most especially malapit lang din sa Araneta Coliseum

Upon our arrival very accommodating all of staff starting on there security. We feel they’re knowing each other already even we just a first time only in this place. Look like really private place or hiding place as well so far we are satisfied in this hotel. We are looking forward to stay one more days but it’s fully booked already does it’s mean there always a lot guest there like this hotel. More power thank you!

Still Impressed After an Extended Stay! I decided to extend my stay at Hop Inn North EDSA, and I’m glad I did. The cleanliness is consistently top-notch, and the staff remains courteous and professional throughout. The location continues to be unbeatable—easy access to Trinoma, SM North, Vertis North, and tons of dining options nearby. Having a 7/11 downstairs is such a lifesaver, especially for late-night cravings or quick errands. It’s rare to find a hotel this affordable, clean, and convenient in the area. Hop Inn continues to deliver excellent value. Definitely still my top choice in Quezon City!

It was here that I noticed the water dispenser in the lobby- both hot and cold. The guard helped me make my 3in1 coffee that I brought. Now I notice all Red planet's have this which is good for making instant noodles and the cold water is chilled which saves the planet and on bottled water costs.
