"Located in the heart of Positano, the hotel offers excellent transportation access, with bus stops right outside. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the lobby, foyer, and hallways are elegantly decorated. The restaurant's food is superb, and the terrace offers stunning views. A paid parking lot is conveniently located just across the street. However, due to the hotel's age, some facilities are somewhat outdated. Overall, it's a very good hotel and I recommend staying there."

Although there are many stairs, the hotel staff are incredibly helpful and can assist with luggage. The breakfast is one of the few that isn't salty and is exceptionally well-prepared! The room is very big, probably because it is the best room type in the hotel. The swimming pool on the balcony is more like a hot spring, which is meaningless. The facilities in the room are old and simple, there is no free mineral water, and the steam room seems to be broken. The hotel should be old. The hotel has three restaurants. The breakfast is very simple and there is nothing delicious. The pizza is also average, and the attitude of the pizza restaurant staff is very bad. The main restaurant tastes good and the service is enthusiastic. The front desk staff is also good, but overall it is too old."
