Pro: The room size is big. Private and quiet. Feels like home. It is clean although was an old building. Conts: Breakfast just ala carte nasi lemak or american with small portion of Rm 32. It is not included in the room booked and have to buy by walk in. I bought dinner and the nasi goreng istimewa is below expectation. The spa and all amenities closed at 8 pm while that is the time hotel guest are free after work.

Service: The service was excellent. The receptionist was friendly and polite. I appreciated that they lent me the adaptor since I didn't wanna buy - got so many at home already Room: The room was spacious with a single sofa. While there was no bathtub, the bathroom had high water pressure and included complimentary toiletries such as shower gel, a comb, and a dental kit. The in-room amenities like Nescafé, Dilmah tea, sugar, and creamer were a nice touch. Bed: The bed was very comfortable with clean sheets, and the pillows provided good comfort. Room Smell: Upon entering the room, there was an unpleasant odor, but thankfully, it dissipated after a while. Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi was fast and free, which was a big plus for staying connected. TV Channels: The TV offered Malaysian channels like TV1, TV2, and TV3, as well as all Singapore channels. However, there were no Astro channels available. Location: The location wasn’t ideal for me. The nearest quality mall was Southkey Midvalley, while the local option was AEON Permas Jaya. Carpark: The car park was spacious and could accommodate both cars and motorbikes. However, it was quite dusty and would benefit from more frequent cleaning. Parking for motorbikes was free, which was a nice perk. 5-star hotel should have usb sockets on the wall

This hotel is near to custom. There are a lot of shops nearby which are convenient. But the hotel carpark needs to walk a distance... not convenient for carpark... The hotel room only provides disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, and conditioner. Still alright. No slipper and no face towel. Will book again this hotel next time

went there for an impromptu stay (& played with fireworks as it was the new year!), checking in took long as the staff was new but it is okay, the room was small but good for a night stay. Bedsheets had staining seen due to long usage but was comfortable. Towels had smell on them and smelled as though they did not dry enough. Toilet is okay however there are no toiletries provided. Hairdryer was attached to the wall. No complimentary drinks provided but had cups and you can get instant coffee made at the hotel lobby. Parking 🅿️ was okay as there were many lots but to park at your own risk. There is Aeon mall nearby, overall location is still acceptable.

Its our usual hotel for our monthly shopping/makan visit in JB. love that we can go makan and shopping easily as the hotelnis connected to the mall. Now kinda bored with the breakfast but love the location.

Esta sala ejecutiva es más grande y más limpia (más limpia es mi opinión personal). Las habitaciones son básicas, mínimas (como su nombre sugiere) pero confortables, aunque la protección del sonido podría mejorar, ya que algunos ruidos del corredor se escuchaban en algunas habitaciones. El hotel está situado en una zona de cerca de la ciudad, a unas pocas tiendas de café, tiendas de conveniencia y restaurantes, a sólo unos 3-5 minutos a pie. El hotel también cuenta con un taxi 30-minute o un viaje a Grab desde City Square JB, lo que le permite acceder a las principales atracciones.

Location wise, it is located near many food and massage places, which makes it ideal. Service was decent, but cleanliness was below average. There were some stains on the bed. No bottled water was provided, so we had to go take water from a dispenser on another floor. The toilet's door had issues, too. It had problems opening and closing.

Este hotel tiene 70+rooms. Más de la mitad de ellas están sin ventana. La habitación de camas gemelas parece bien. Su pequeña pero se puede conseguir secador de pelo, hierro y mesa, caldera, 2 botellas de agua mineral. Aire acondicionado y agua caliente. Puedes ver gratis a los canales de televisión desde Malasia y Singapur. El desayuno sencillo gratuito incluye café, té, zumo naranja en polvo, leche, cereales, pan blanco w tostadora, jamón y mantequilla, melona de agua, naranja, tomate de cereza, lettuce, cebada, perro caliente, pan de ajo, fritas, rollo de primavera, mini pau, sopa de champiñones, Porridge, arroz frito, nodles. No lo suficiente, salir al café detrás del hotel, abierto a las 7:00. En efecto, su tiempo para cambiar su conjunto de toallas y placas de cama, etc, EXPLOTA. Necesito mejoras en esta área. Las fotos que aparecen en los sitios de reserva parecen imágenes generadas por ordenador. Las tarifas de estacionamiento al aire libre parecen estar cubiertas por la mgmt. Este hotel es muy adecuado para correr con las rutas entre bancos, ya que hay más de 10 casas de finanzas extranjeras y locales a lo largo de Molek Utama. En general, feliz de permanecer aquí de nuevo, ya que la tasa diaria es atractiva para lo que ofrece actualmente.
