The location is superb, with various eateries around. Around 500m to a MCD and KFC. It’s also not too noisy. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The toiletries provided were not sufficient, had to request from the reception for more. Some rooms also did not have a fridge. There were some flies in the room too.

Getting the keys were relatively easy and it was easy to locate as there were many other travellers who are staying at these units as Airbnbs. The facilities are great for friend groups as there is a pool table along with board games that you can play with. Besides, there was even a mahjong table! Beds were comfortable and able to accommodate up to 10 pax! There was a usable kitchen as well but we did not use it as we were there for 1 night.

Localización es grande , durante la medianoche hay tres tiendas convenientes abiertas , cu, 7-11 y kk mart y hay un masaje justo al lado del baño cerca de 3am sin embargo hotel viene con suerte I adivinar, obtuvo mi hotel bastante limpio excepto para el agua de la caldera no se perforaba pero por su precio y ubicación vale la pena para una noche de presupuesto

The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-furnished. I appreciated the modern design. The bed was very comfortable, and the living area was cozy, ideal for unwinding after a day out.

BBuangGood hotel to stay. Convenient ie above shopping and just off the EDL highway. Breakfast was awesome. Plenty of shops and cafes in the same building. Front desk staffs are pleasant and polite.

Room:
The room was spacious with a single sofa. While there was no bathtub, the bathroom had high water pressure and included complimentary toiletries such as shower gel, a comb, and a dental kit. The in-room amenities like Nescafé, Dilmah tea, sugar, and creamer were a nice touch.
Bed:
The bed was very comfortable with clean sheets, and the pillows provided good comfort.
Room Smell:
Upon entering the room, there was an unpleasant odor, but thankfully, it dissipated after a while.
Wi-Fi:
The Wi-Fi was fast and free, which was a big plus for staying connected.
TV Channels:
The TV offered Malaysian channels like TV1, TV2, and TV3, as well as all Singapore channels. However, there were no Astro channels available.
Location:
The location wasn’t ideal for me. The nearest quality mall was Southkey Midvalley, while the local option was AEON Permas Jaya.
Carpark:
The car park was spacious and could accommodate both cars and motorbikes. However, it was quite dusty and would benefit from more frequent cleaning. Parking for motorbikes was free, which was a nice perk.

UUsuario anónimoEste hotel tiene 70+rooms. Más de la mitad de ellas están sin ventana. La habitación de camas gemelas parece bien. Su pequeña pero se puede conseguir secador de pelo, hierro y mesa, caldera, 2 botellas de agua mineral. Aire acondicionado y agua caliente. Puedes ver gratis a los canales de televisión desde Malasia y Singapur.
El desayuno sencillo gratuito incluye café, té, zumo naranja en polvo, leche, cereales, pan blanco w tostadora, jamón y mantequilla, melona de agua, naranja, tomate de cereza, lettuce, cebada, perro caliente, pan de ajo, fritas, rollo de primavera, mini pau, sopa de champiñones, Porridge, arroz frito, nodles.
No lo suficiente, salir al café detrás del hotel, abierto a las 7:00.
En efecto, su tiempo para cambiar su conjunto de toallas y placas de cama, etc, EXPLOTA. Necesito mejoras en esta área. Las fotos que aparecen en los sitios de reserva parecen imágenes generadas por ordenador.
Las tarifas de estacionamiento al aire libre parecen estar cubiertas por la mgmt.
Este hotel es muy adecuado para correr con las rutas entre bancos, ya que hay más de 10 casas de finanzas extranjeras y locales a lo largo de Molek Utama.
En general, feliz de permanecer aquí de nuevo, ya que la tasa diaria es atractiva para lo que ofrece actualmente.

CCarolFirst of all, SPECIAL SHOUT OUT for the housekeeping lady who did the cleaning up for our room🏆🏆 We had already checked out and were waiting in the lobby for the Grab driver when the housekeeping lady rushed down and returned my daughter's earbuds!! Thank you for going the extra mile!
Other things we loved about Kyoto Boutique:
- nice classy decor and the wooden floor (I hate carpeted floors in hotel rooms cos it's hard to tell if it's clean)
- the hot water heater for the shower works perfectly!
- there is a water cooler at the floor lobby so we could get cold and hot water!!
- there is a safe in the room
- many coffeeshops and restaurants nearby. Also has a supermarket just downstairs.
- excellent service
But overall the hotel should probably do some renovations or fix some of the items in the room.
- Some parts of the wallpaper were peeling off.
- The tap was loose and had to be shut off in a particular direction or the water would keep flowing.
- the switch to the toilet did not have a cover so we couldn't switch off the lights
- the temperature of one of the aircons couldn't be adjusted so it blasted very cold air all night. Thankfully, the family suite had 2 aircons (cos the room was divided into 2 areas, each w a queen bed). So we turned on only one aircon.

The room itself wasn’t very well maintained and had an old appearance. The furniture and decor looked dated, which gave the room a somewhat worn-out feel. Cleanliness could also be improved as there were a few areas that didn’t feel as fresh as expected.
On the bright side, the hotel offers full amenities, which was a nice touch. The location is definitely a highlight—there are plenty of eateries nearby. We enjoyed a delicious meal of lok lok at a spot just a short walk from the hotel. The owner of the lok lok stall was extremely friendly and provided great service, which added to our overall experience.
Overall, the hotel could use some updates and a focus on cleanliness, but the location and nearby food options were great.
