«The hotel looks great and overall okay. They have an app to book buggy service but the timings are inconsistent and sometimes they don’t respond. Our last day i booked and five buggies drove past us and i had to flag down the next. Breakfast is a complete mess and not the greatest variety. Went to Italian restaurant when we arrived and they have a good menu of cocktails, but server said they don’t make them at that restaurant. I asked why they have a full menu of options and she said she didn’t know. There is no beach access close but the main pool is okay but can be a bit crowded. Overall the look is five stars, but at best 3 would be fair. Not much for couples in the evenings, we went to Matador restaurant down the street and it was amazing. From the cost to experience perspective, i would not rebook at this hotel.»

«Las instalaciones del hotel son buenas y el entorno ecológico es muy bueno. De repente apareció un pequeño lagarto en la pecera al aire libre Jaja, el mar es apto para surfear El viento y las olas son muy fuertes. El desayuno del hotel es muy rico y delicioso. También hay un personal de danza del dragón y el león la mañana del día de Año Nuevo. La actitud del Nes Hotel también es muy buena. Recuerda reservar con antelación.»

«Nice place. We rented a bungalow and it was quiet and clean. Cleaning was performed every day. The ocean itself may be dirty, but hotel personnel trying to clean it. Two nice pools as an alternative to the ocean. Variable and tasty breakfast - one of the best I ever met in hotels. The resort is located a little bit far from local houses, so there are no shops or restaurants nearby, nor crazy loud karaoke on the other hand. You cannot rent a bike at the hotel's reception as it common in Vietnam, but if you rent bike somewhere else you'll be able to park it in a special guarded parking lot. Internet works well.»

«The room matched the photos, but it had a mouldy smell. I arrived at 3am, exhausted, and didn't have time to inform the resort as I had to leave early in the morning. Despite setting the air conditioning to 18 degrees, the room remained hot and humid, making it uncomfortable. When I spoke to the staff the next day, they attributed the smell to the room lacking windows. However, the room does have windows, and regardless, it shouldn't smell mouldy. Security was satisfactory, but I believe they should be paid more. When the security personnel helped with my luggage, they lingered, seemingly expecting a tip. This made me feel uncomfortable and harassed, which detracted from my overall experience.»

«We were only here for 2D1N and was allowed to early check-in with additional charges. It was a great stay with fantastic breakfast offerings and great pool facilities and beautiful view of the beach. The location is very near Fairy Stream too.»

«This is a condo with a 5 star hotel facility. However, the service part is not as professional as the hotel. The condo is new. There are facilities like a gym, swimming pool, mini Mart and restaurants. The seaside is just walking distance from the condo. The only inconvenient thing is difficult public transportation to towns and fishing villages. The room is well equipped with a fridge, electric stove, towels, slippers, water heater.»

«Новый отель. Точнее не отель, а апарт-отель. Квартира новая. Все чисто, комфортно. Записал большому рум тур, но он сюда не влезет. В плане отдыха в уединении это прекрасное местно на первой линии. Вышел с утра искупался в море и целый день лежишь у бассейна. Есть спа. Но я там не был. Вообще на территории комплекса три бассейна. На этом все развлечения заканчиваются. Здание находится в 17 км. от Муйнэ. И если у вас нет байк, то шансов у вас на утренний кофе в кафе с видом на море нет. И не будет. Если вы конечно каждое утро не будете кататься в Муйнэ на такси. В общем это место для уединения. После 10 вечера тут вообще тишина и темнота. Есть какое-то кафе на дорогое, но я видел его только из далека и не совсем понятно, что там делать. Так как вокруг пустыня...да да самое что ненаесть пустыня. Для уединения идеально.»

«The room is spacious and features an L-shaped balcony, only the toilet is quite narrow. There is a reasonable surcharge amount per night for accompanying pets. While the location is quite far from the city center which is not convenient for dining out, the resort’s restaurant offers good food at affordable prices.»
