酒店的公共區域是美好的，餐廳、酒吧、泳池、小童樂園（有點小）都很美好，工作人員非常熱情，面帶微笑，服務到位，聽取意見。但是房間裏面傢俱比較老舊，床品還是不錯的，睡着睡服，但是廁所裏面下水不順暢，下水道的味道比較重，所以整體感覺打折扣。這個酒店的兩房泳池別墅，房型沒有公共區域，衹要兩個房間疊加，真的非常不適合，感覺就是進門上炕的感覺。同行親朋好友一起炕上聊會？呵呵

+ + + персонал готелю дуже привітний. Це одна з кращих сторін готелю. Якість прибирання кімнат на 4 із 5. В останні два дні нашого перебування кімнату прибирали десь о 4 годині дня, що не зручно. Територія готелю доглянута, але водоймища потребують покращення. Сніданок нормальний але без великих змін по дням. Щепкам можуть покарати речі, але всього 2 на день. Це приємний бонус, хоча не дуже зручно прати по дві речі і обурити чиї ж речі попрати в першу чергу. Ми відпочивали сімʼєю.
- - - готель знаходиться у нерозвиненій місцевості. Великий мінус це сміття. Як тільки виходиш з готелю - сміття повсюди. Ця ж проблема і на пляжі готелю. Працівники готелю систематично прибирають територію готельного пляжу, але той бруд і сміття яке знаходиться відразу ж за межами готелю всеодно потрапляє на пляж і у воду. Адміністрація готелю мала б вирішувати причини цієї проблеми, а не просто боротися з її наслідками, які не припиняються. Саме за це даю 2 з 5 за чистоту. Чистота в готелі- бруд на морі. Але гості в першу чергу їдуть до моря! Басейни та чисті кімнати є по всьому світу. Море і пляж це головне! Ще один мінус, що в готелі немає ніяких розваг та активностей. Єдиною розвагою було новорічне шоу, що і справило позитивне враження, нам пощастило що ми застали його, адже ми виїздили з готелю 29 січня. Усі інші дні - жодних розваг. Немає трансферу у місто. При тому що в готелі немає чим розважитись питання безкоштовного трансферу у найближче місто не вирішено. Добиратися треба самостійно автобусом (що дуже не зручно) або на таксі, що порівняно дорого. Мінібар в номерах платний, вода безкоштовна. Якщо ви принесете з кімнати пляшку води в ресторан, вам її порахують і попросять заплатити за ціною ресторану. Також якщо ви купите напій за межами готелю (в готельному ресторані ціна у три рази дорожча ніж у магазині через дорогу) то вам теж запропонують за нього заплатити. Такі неприємні дрібниці і ставлення до гостей псує цілковите враження про готель. Загалом можна зробити висновок, що адміністрація готелю мусить не тільки тренувати персонал, який працює дуже сумлінно і є дуже привітним, а звернути увагу на менеджмент і вирішення проблем забруднення, активного відпочинку та переглянути цінову політику з огляду на те у якому місці знаходиться готель. Повертатися не планую. Обслуговуючому персоналу дяка!

Las instalaciones del hotel son buenas y el entorno ecológico es muy bueno. De repente apareció un pequeño lagarto en la pecera al aire libre Jaja, el mar es apto para surfear El viento y las olas son muy fuertes. El desayuno del hotel es muy rico y delicioso. También hay un personal de danza del dragón y el león la mañana del día de Año Nuevo. La actitud del Nes Hotel también es muy buena. Recuerda reservar con antelación.

Отдыхали в начале ноября. Отель расположен в одном из самых удобных мест пляжной линии. Кафе, магазины в пешей доступности, вход в море пологий. Персонал приветливый, уборка проходила каждый день, смена полотенец, так же пляжных. Завтраки практически не отличались, но выбрать всегда было из чего, детям также есть макарошки, омлеты, сосиски, хлопья и выпечка. Из фруктов питахайя, арбуз, бананы, папайя, манго, ананас, маракуйя.
На баре можно заказать что то покушать днём или просто попить кофе с чизкейком. Вечером (вт, пт, сб) в отеле можно взять ужин, готовится на гриле: морепродукты, салаты, также фрукты и выпечка

Decided to choose Allezboo Beach Resort & Spa for our stay based on some recommendations. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and service was impeccable. During out stay, we had to leave the resort really early for a day tour and mentioned that we might not be able to make it back for breakfast. The receptionist readily offered to prepare and pack us a breakfast box to go which we really appreciated. The rooms were big and spacious, and facilities such as the swimming pool, walkways and gardens were clearly well maintained, making it a very enjoyable experience. There were some wear-and-tear noted in the bathtub and metal structures around the room (door handles, chairs, cabinets etc), possibly as the accommodation was right by the sea. Good sea view and the beach was very easily accessible from the resort. However, there was nothing else much to do nearby (apart from chilling by the beach) and we had to take a Grab out for food. Overall still a quiet and relaxing experience!

Единственный минус не хватало освещения в номере. На 5 этаже топ руфтоп, с европейскими диджеями и офигенными коктейлями. Расположение отеля очень удачное, вам не надо никуда ехать покушать, что то купить и тд и тп . Все рядом буквально в шаговой доступности.

Nice enough bit a bit run down. No hot water and when I did run the shower a tap under the sink started leaking water all over the floor. The swimming pool was heated as well which is a bit weird given how hot Vietnam is... so no cooling off in the pool after a long day riding the motorcycle. Nice enough for a one night pit stop but you'rld be disappointed if you booked for longer.

В целом, все замечательно! Удобный номер, чистое белье, в нашем случае две двуспальные кровати.
Прекрасные бассейны (платная опция ~ на 24 часа 130000 на семью из двоих взрослых и ребенка). Владелец всегда на связи, внимателен и готов помочь с любыми вопросами. Check in и check out оперативно организованы. Удаленное местоположение, но в нашем случае была арендована машина, поэтому именно этот момент проблемой не являлся. В номере есть кухня, но нет никакой кухонной утвари, это нужно принять во внимание. Однозначно рекомендую (и ценник отличный!).

I had a great short stay here, the room is very clean and quiet. the water pressure in the shower room is also very good, the waiter took the initiative to call 3 hours in advance when driving there and reminded me that my vacation was ready, he also took me to the room very enthusiastically and warmly. he always answered my questions about the regional specialties in a timely manner. when checked out this man helped me carry my luggage to my car. I rate it much higher than a traditional 5 star hotel

UUsuario invitadoBefore I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them.
The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had.
CHECK-IN
Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end.
FOOD:
The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally).
AMENITIES:
Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented.
Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good.
The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down.
Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.)
Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm!
*Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing.
KIDS ACTIVITIES:
They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though!
Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!)
*Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it.
CHECK-OUT:
Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple.
All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.

SSubAveraged scores..the development building was located too far from down town Mui Ne. The building is very high from ground..to be at lobby..it will need to take elevation at least 15 mins and too steep..very dangerous for old people and kids. Bed is too low from base..did not feel comfortable.. suggested to give better bed , more pillows and bed support be suffer will be perfect. Shower and toilet are clean..looked good except the toilet spray tube is too short…must change to be longer. Others are good and very safe place to stay long times. I choose to stay due to the pol and view from top are very beautiful. Tks

También hay un pequeño parque de agua para niños en el territorio hay tiendas con una pequeña cantidad de comida y varios cafés. Todo es muy limpio y hermoso. Realmente nos disfrutamos de nuestra estadía. Este hotel está situado 20-30 minutos en coche de la ciudad de Mui Ne.
El hotel tiene unas vistas muy bonitas al desierto, al mar y a las piscinas, todo es muy, muy grande.

MM.RomanchikБольшой отельный комплекс с бассейнами, сауной, хаммамом и своей инфраструктурой в виде кафе, магазинов и кофеен. Очень удобно. Цены чуть выше, чем в самом Муйне, но не критично. Есть свой пляж с лежаками. Комплекс расположен на возвышенности, непосредственно до ресепшена можно подняться на эскалаторе или возит электрокар. Есть собственный пляж. До центра Муйне примерно 20 км. Без байка не удобно. С байком запаривает кататься туда) Мы 5 дней проживали. Сам номер и комплекс нам очень понравился. Уборка ежедневная, посещение сауны входило в стоимость и бассейнов тоже. Красивый вид. Удобно спать и не слышно соседей. Отдохнули хорошо! Единственное, при бронировании было указано, что есть мини кухня, но по факту плитка не работала. Приготовить минимальный завтрак не получилось. Но для нас это было не критично, мы не обращались по этому поводу к персоналу.
