«Swan Lake Hotel enjoys a spectacular setting at the foothill of mountains and facing a large lake. If one gets up early enough, from the balcony of the room there's the beautiful sunrise to catch at the far side of the lake. The atmosphere is serenely beautiful! I occupied a luxurious spacious suite on the top floor basically made up of 2 rooms, one for the bedroom and bathroom, the other for a tea ceremony table. Each room has a large balcony and fabulous view of the lake. The bed is huge and the mattress is firm and very good in supporting one's back. The air-conditioning system thoughtfully offers a choice of cool or warm air to suit the seasons. There's a capsule coffee machine but no capsule was offered. Similarly, the beautiful tea ceremony table doesn't come with any tea at all. The bathroom is enormous with a toilet cubicle, double sinks, a bathtub and a shower. The shelf inside the shower cubicle has been designed a bit too small for placing toiletries. Maybe I missed seeing it, but I didn't notice any escape route plan which most hotels display on each floor in the lift lobby. The hot spring center is beautifully set in a garden. Numerous pools offer different fragrance of flowers or tea. Night time soaking is very atmospheric, but safety measure can be greatly enhanced by installing lights to shine in each pool of water. There's plenty of choices for breakfast in the buffet restaurant. The Chinese restaurant serves tasty local cuisine, some ingredient are even from local water and farms. The staff are very friendly and helpful in general, very accommodating with even special requests.»

«The hotel is one of the best in the town. Despite all the airbnb in the town, this one look lot proper. The frontdesk really nice. She welcome and greet us with smile. She even upgrade one of our room to suite. The breakfast is not buffet style. While they provide us with everyone one set of breakfast- include hard boil eggs, corn, porridge with some pickles , veeg, a plate of fried noodle and a piece of chinese cake. Overall everything is good . Definitely will stay gere again if we come back to this lovely small town.»

«Una experiencia muy interesante de la gente, es la gente real, la casa nueva que el jefe construyó en su base, diseñaba su propia compra de sus propios arquitectos y todo lo que vio es lo que el jefe tenía en mente. Hay que prestar atención a las plantas que se encuentran en el primer piso, aunque la mayoría son plantas ecológicas locales, la tecnología de la plantación de flores de los jefes de la empresa se ha desarrollado y es muy bueno que estas plantas de origen y tierra no pierdan flores importadas. El jefe es muy educado, habla con el estilo, habla con el estilo, está en el noreste del sudeste y el noreste. Vivo en el octavo piso, mi habitación es grande y el paisaje es bueno.
