People who stay further from the front desk can also get the tram to pick you up (just have to text in the group chat your hotel location). The hotel is located in the attraction so it's very convenient especially because this specific attraction mainly has night performances. Only down side is the food delivery process is a hassle.»

«Fue una estancia satisfactoria. Elegí este lugar porque está cerca del Palacio Qin, tiene servicio de alquiler de disfraces y tiene precios razonables. (Al final no usé el alquiler.) El personal de recepción nos recibió con una sonrisa desde el momento en que llegamos. Había enviado mi equipaje al hotel con antelación y me lo entregaron en mi habitación, lo cual fue de gran ayuda. Además, cuando les dije que la tetera de mi habitación no había sido lavada, inmediatamente procedieron a conseguir una nueva, lo cual fue muy amable de su parte. La habitación era espaciosa y la cama era cómoda. La habitación estaba en el lado de la montaña, no en el lado de la carretera, por lo que no era ruidoso por la noche. La ducha tenía agua caliente inmediatamente, así que aunque era un día frío, pude calentarme rápidamente. El desayuno era variado y agradable. El menú es probablemente el mismo todos los días, pero los fideos también están disponibles hervidos, así que elegí comer bollos o fideos durante mi estadía de dos días. Estaba delicioso. Cuando regresé al hotel, en recepción me dieron una sopa caliente y bebidas para que pudiera tomar un respiro antes de regresar a mi habitación. Lo único que me gustaría que solucionaran es que cuando regresé al hotel por la noche, el olor a cigarrillo llenaba el ascensor. Mientras esperaba, el olor empezó a impregnarme la piel y me sentí mal. Aparte de eso, quedé satisfecho con mi estadía, por lo que me alojaré aquí nuevamente la próxima vez que visite Hengdian.»

Durante mi segunda estancia de tres días, pude sentir la atención en cada detalle: notas escritas a mano con saludos, saludos y atenciones proactivas... Cada detalle fue considerado y atento. El VIP Building demostró con acciones reales que ”se toman en serio las opiniones de los huéspedes”. Durante los tres días de mi estancia, la habitación estuvo limpia y cómoda, y la comida fue incluso mejor que la última vez. Al momento de hacer el check-out, el gerente del vestíbulo vino personalmente a despedirme y a preguntar sobre mi experiencia. Esto es una muestra de la sinceridad de querer escuchar y mejorar. Sin evasiones, escuchando atentamente y mejorando a tiempo, esta forma de tomarse en serio las opiniones de los huéspedes es más convincente que cualquier promoción ostentosa. La próxima vez que venga a Hengdian, creo que seguiré eligiendo el VIP Building.»

«Me asignaron el hotel Ip Man, que está en el centro de la acción por la noche. Es un hotel temático con varias ubicaciones temáticas por toda la calle Guangzhou/Hong Kong. El servicio de este establecimiento es muy bueno, especialmente el de mayordomo. Te agregan a su grupo de WeChat y te informan sobre las actividades en esta atracción y en las de los alrededores de Hengdian. El personal es amable, servicial y muy profesional.»

«必須誇誇這家寶藏酒店！作為來橫店旅遊/探班的遊客，這裏的位置真的太友好了——開車到夢幻谷衹要7.8分鐘，去秦王宮、清明上河圖打車也就起步價，對於每天要趕早去景區的人來説簡直是福音。 房間比想象中寬敞，我們住的豪華大床房乾淨明亮，隔音效果不錯（這點在影視城周邊太難得了）。床品柔軟，洗漱用品也很有質感，設施雖然不是很新，但是保養的還挺好的，看不出是一家開業十多年的酒店h最驚喜的是酒店服務：前台小姐姐看到我們帶着行李箱主動問是否需要寄存，還推薦了當地人愛去的餐館。 早餐種類多，味道在線。晚上回來發現客房阿姨送了水果，真的很貼心。看到有劇組演員也住這裏，電梯裏遇到還友好地點了點頭～ 下次來橫店還會住這裏！推薦給想要交通便利又注重舒適度的朋友。»

Elegir este lugar durante mi visita a Hengdian fue sin duda una decisión acertada; ya se lo he recomendado a mis amigos, ¡y sin duda volveré! ✨»

«We stayed at the Floral Hotel beside Dream Valley during Chinese New Year, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve had anywhere in China. While the location is already a major advantage being just steps away from Dream Valley and close to the other Hengdian attractions - what truly sets this hotel apart is the heart and personality behind it. This is not a typical boutique hotel. It’s a place shaped by the owners’ passion, taste, and genuine care for their guests. From the moment you arrive, you can feel that the hotel is a labor of love. The architecture and interior design are beautifully curated, with many pieces collected by the owners over the years. Walking through the courtyard and hallways feels like stepping into a different era, almost like entering a scene from the Song dynasty. Yet the rooms themselves are fully modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. It’s a rare blend of historical atmosphere and contemporary convenience, and it creates a sense of immersion that you simply don’t get at most hotels in the area. Even though we didn’t stay in the hotel’s best room, we were extremely comfortable. The beds are very firm - something to keep in mind depending on your preference - but we slept well. The room features a large, modern soaking tub that’s perfect after a long day of walking through the film sets and a separate bathroom and shower. And one of our favorite touches was the smart projector in the room, which turns a simple movie night into a cinematic experience. It’s small details like these that show how much thought has gone into making the stay enjoyable. But the true highlight of our visit was the hospitality. The owners are warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making guests feel welcome. On one rainy day, when there wasn’t much for us to do outside, they invited us into their main hall for tea. They set up a traditional tea table with a heated brazier, creating a cozy, intimate atmosphere that felt like visiting old friends rather than staying at a hotel. They kept bringing local snacks: seeds, small rice cakes, and even freshly cooked sweet potato - all offered freely and with genuine kindness. My wife and kids loved every bit of it. What could have been a dull, rainy afternoon became one of our favorite memories of the entire trip. Their kindness extended beyond that moment. At one point, we accidentally made a mess in our room (entirely our fault) and the owners helped us clean up without a hint of frustration or judgment. It’s rare to find that level of patience and understanding, especially during the busy holiday season. Breakfast each morning was another highlight. The hotel has a local cook who clearly takes pride in her craft. The dishes were fresh and simple but full of flavor, prepared with care and attention. You could feel her pride in everything she served. It’s the kind of breakfast that makes you slow down and appreciate the home cooked moment, rather than rushing through a buffet line like at larger hotels. All in all, this hotel was a true win for us. The personal touches, the warmth of the owners, the passion of the cook, and the unique atmosphere created by the carefully collected antiques all come together to create an experience that stands out among the many boutique hotels in the area. In fact, I would say it’s probably better than any other hotel around Hengdian. It’s rare to find a place that feels both deeply rooted in local culture and fully equipped with modern comforts, but this hotel manages to do exactly that. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Hengdian, whether for the parks, the film sets, or simply a relaxing getaway. And if we ever return to the area, we would stay here again without hesitation.»
