This hotel exceeded all my expectations! I was expecting only a bathtub, but instead it's a jacuzzi on the private patio! The room is generous size with elegant furniture & modern amenities. The shampoo & conditioner made my hair feel softer. The room is do relaxing I didn’t want to leave the room, especially after a long day of hiking. The location couldn't be better for tourist visiting Mount Qingcheng. It's less than 5 minutes walk to Qingchengshan HSR train station & the tour bus stop to Front slope is right in front of the hotel! The air conditioner is loud & I couldn't figure out how to lower the temperature. Luckily, it was cool enough that I didn't need to turn on the air conditioner. Breakfast was ok. Highly recommend.

El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente y las habitaciones son lo suficientemente amplias como para destacar entre las pensiones y hoteles. Sin embargo, el aire acondicionado y otras instalaciones son bastante anticuadas, y algunas no funcionan correctamente y deberían ser reemplazadas. La variedad de consumibles y artículos de aseo es limitada, y la calidad es regular. La ventana del salón dúplex es muy alta y no se puede cerrar. La atención del personal de limpieza fue aceptable, pero el servicio de habitaciones fue lento, lo cual podría ser un caso aislado, ya que el registro de entrada no se realizó a tiempo.

Después de unos días explorando Chengdu, volvimos a reservar este hotel a la vuelta. El personal de limpieza incluso nos mejoró la habitación gratis, ¡lo cual fue un gran agradecimiento! Esta vez, ¡pudimos ver los pandas gigantes en 3D 🐼 desde los ventanales! ¡La vista nocturna de Taikoo Li también era despejada! Tener nevera en la habitación también fue una gran ventaja, considerando que los veranos en Chengdu son tan calurosos.

Me sentí culpable después de que su chat mojado era inválido para que yo la reembolsara y no tenía dinero. Transferí el dinero al hotel para eso. Pero su gesto era realmente hospitalario. La mañana siguiente el desayuno era simple pero muy agradable Recomiendo a cualquiera que vaya a caminar en Qingcheng para quedarse en este gran hotel.

También ofrecen consigna de equipaje gratuita y disponen de agua potable con opciones de limonada y té. La habitación estaba impecablemente limpia, la cama era enorme y muy cómoda. El baño estaba muy bien diseñado con una zona de ducha separada. Por las mañanas, también sirven un buen desayuno. Ah, y la ubicación es excelente: está muy cerca de la calle Yulin Road, una zona perfecta para pasear y explorar.

Very secluded location that requires you to drive in order to locate the hotel. Peaceful surroundings located near a military base where you can hear gunshots in the early morning. One of the common toilets cannot be closed and the housekeeping lady said this problem was since the previous guest stayed which they didn't have time to fix before we checked in. Overall a very nice stay given the peaceful surroundings.

Because we were going to land at Chengdu Tianfu Airport at 10 p.m., we decided to stay at a hotel near the airport that offered airport pick-up service and a small breakfast (bread and milk). Communication with the hotel was quite good. We were picked up on time, with a spacious vehicle, and they also picked up two more people near the MRT station. The drive to the hotel was very winding, uphill, and there were no streetlights, so it was pretty dark—we relied entirely on the car’s headlights. At first it felt a bit scary, but after about 15 minutes we arrived at the lobby for check-in. It turned out that the lobby was only for checking in; to get to the rooms we had to be driven again. Since it was late and there wasn’t enough lighting, the driver escorted us right to the front of our room. After a one-minute walk, we reached the door, turned on the lights, and we absolutely loved the room. There was 1 double bed and 1 single bed, plenty of power outlets, a separate toilet and shower, clean, tidy, no odor, a kettle, complete toiletries, and a heating AC that made us sleep very well. In the morning it was drizzling a bit, and outside it turned out to be really beautiful. This hotel is really great. If it weren’t so far from the city, I would want to stay longer. But if I go to Chengdu again, I will definitely stay longer at this hotel—first to visit the Panda Base and Dujiangyan, then afterwards return to the city. Because the distance from this hotel to Chengdu city is about 1 hour by Didi. But if you only need a short stay for an early flight, it’s highly recommended

Está bien. Es bueno alojarse en un hotel como este a este precio. La higiene no es mala. Las instalaciones son sencillas pero necesarias. La actitud del servicio es buena y atenta. es hora de tomar el autobús. Tienes un coche y tienes sentido de responsabilidad. Lo que hay que mejorar es que los coches que se utilizan para recoger y dejar a los clientes son demasiado viejos.
