«This is a ‘love’ hotel. Even though the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and discreet, the hotel lacks basic safety features such as a key for your room and a safe box. Therefore it’s pointless to book it in advance for several nights. There’s absolutely nothing around the hotel which can be positive or negative depending on what you’re looking for. Only recommend if all you’re looking for is privacy.»

UUsuario invitadoGood location but not very sound proof. We were on the 15th floor so it wasn't that bad but the neighbours were noisy. The aircon also kept creaking throughout the night. The room is spacious with a fridge, microwave, kettle, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. The beds were comfortable with 3 pillows each of varying softness. The staff were very friendly, polite, professional. There are 4 elevators so you don't have to wait too long. It's right across The Podium, which is very convenient. You can leave your luggage with the staff after checking out if your flight is in the evening. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.

Me quedé en el Jinjiang Inn Ortigas desde el 30 de diciembre de 2024 hasta el 1 de enero de 2025 y me reservaba una habitación de la reina de negocios a través de Trip.com.
Positivos:
1. La habitación estaba limpia al llegar.
2. El personal era amable y acomodable, especialmente cuando pedí un cambio de habitación (aunque no estaba disponible).
3. El desayuno a la carta que se ofreció el primer día fue generoso y lleno.
Áreas para mejorar:
1. Room misleading Description: The listing advertised a city view, but my room's window only faced the back and wall of the adjacent building. This felt misleading and deducted from the experience.
2. Qualidad de toallas: Las toallas que se suministraron el primer día se han desnudado y ya no deberían usarse.
3. Mantenimiento: La habitación era limpia, pero mostró signos de ropa y lágrimas (por ejemplo, puertas de la cabina que necesitaban reparación), indicando una falta de mantenimiento.
4. Breakfast Expecations: I booked this hotel specifically because of the advertised buffet breakfast. However, on the first day no buffet was served due to low guest turnover, and only à la carte was available. The actual room did not match the images shown online. Although the hotel claims to be recently renovated, the decor still felt dated.
We checked into Room 2009, but the air conditioning was malfunctioning. While the front desk promptly sent engineers to fix it, there was no improvement even after an hour. I called again to follow up and was told that engineers would return, but they never did.
Eventually, I requested a room change. The hotline staff mentioned that the duty manager’s approval was needed and that we would receive a call back. After waiting for 30 minutes without any update, we decided to head out for dinner. When we stopped by the reception at 8 PM to follow up, we were told the duty manager was still on break. We waited until 8:15 PM with no update and called again—only then were we told they were still trying to find us a room. Our request was finally confirmed after another 10 minutes, and we appreciated the upgrade to Room 1413, which had two queen beds.
Unfortunately, the new room had a clogged bathtub drain, which required another visit from the engineers before we could finally rest for the night.
What could have been better:
I understand the initial attempt to fix the aircon, but a room change should have been offered when it was clear the issue wasn't resolved. The only reason we got a new room was because we kept following up.
The staff’s reaction time throughout our stay was disappointing. Timelier communication and a more proactive approach would have made a significant difference.

MMChadHotel is pretty decent for a budget stay. They were kind enough to even upgrade our room to deluxe with two queen size beds. Capitol Commons and Estancia mall is about a 10 mins walk. They also have sufficient parking space. Not much in terms of amenities like bar etc.. Pool area can be better... but for the price you're paying for it's understandable. Will definitely consider Privato again for future budget stays.

And about the bathrobe is not ready inside the room, u have to ask for it. Anyone, if u knew that there someone that will use that room for that day, u all should prepare everything inside the room before u let us in.
About the breakfast, it's not that special. Just a normal one. It's not worth it to spend a 980 per head.
