Positivos: 1. La habitación estaba limpia al llegar. 2. El personal era amable y acomodable, especialmente cuando pedí un cambio de habitación (aunque no estaba disponible). 3. El desayuno a la carta que se ofreció el primer día fue generoso y lleno. Áreas para mejorar: 1. Room misleading Description: The listing advertised a city view, but my room's window only faced the back and wall of the adjacent building. This felt misleading and deducted from the experience. 2. Qualidad de toallas: Las toallas que se suministraron el primer día se han desnudado y ya no deberían usarse. 3. Mantenimiento: La habitación era limpia, pero mostró signos de ropa y lágrimas (por ejemplo, puertas de la cabina que necesitaban reparación), indicando una falta de mantenimiento. 4. Breakfast Expecations: I booked this hotel specifically because of the advertised buffet breakfast. However, on the first day no buffet was served due to low guest turnover, and only à la carte was available. Aunque la comida era generosa, no fue lo que esperaba, especialmente durante las vacaciones del Año Nuevo, cuando muchos viajeros esperaban la experiencia completa. 5. Ventilación: La habitación se sentía sufocada sin una vista adecuada o luz natural. Total: La ubicación es conveniente y el personal era cortés, la falta de mantenimiento adecuado, la descripción de la habitación engañosa y la ausencia del desayuno buffet publicado el primer día fueron decepcionantes. «Disappointing Experience Despite Renovation Claims The actual room did not match the images shown online. Although the hotel claims to be recently renovated, the decor still felt dated. We checked into Room 2009, but the air conditioning was malfunctioning. While the front desk promptly sent engineers to fix it, there was no improvement even after an hour. I called again to follow up and was told that engineers would return, but they never did. Eventually, I requested a room change. The hotline staff mentioned that the duty manager’s approval was needed and that we would receive a call back. After waiting for 30 minutes without any update, we decided to head out for dinner. When we stopped by the reception at 8 PM to follow up, we were told the duty manager was still on break. We waited until 8:15 PM with no update and called again—only then were we told they were still trying to find us a room. Our request was finally confirmed after another 10 minutes, and we appreciated the upgrade to Room 1413, which had two queen beds. Unfortunately, the new room had a clogged bathtub drain, which required another visit from the engineers before we could finally rest for the night. What could have been better: I understand the initial attempt to fix the aircon, but a room change should have been offered when it was clear the issue wasn't resolved. The only reason we got a new room was because we kept following up. The staff’s reaction time throughout our stay was disappointing. Timelier communication and a more proactive approach would have made a significant difference.»

«Wynwood is so underrated. It’s actually a good place to stay. Besides its central location close to several malls, this hotel also boasts its superb hospitality. The moment we arrived, everyone was warm and kind. They even try to accommodate your request, just like we were able to check out late. We were expecting to be disappointed, but our room was very clean and spacious, even the bathroom. The hotel offers decent products, but if you are very particular with your toiletries and sundries, you may want to pack them to you. Our overnight stay came with breakfast, and the food in the restaurant was amazing (the soup, beef tapa, and selection of bread were my favorite). The restaurant has an al fresco space overlooking the iconic San Miguel building (pictured here), if you wanted to eat outside. When it was time to check out, everyone was so helpful and even assisted us to load our luggage into our cab. Overall, it’s a great stay.»

«Hotel is pretty decent for a budget stay. They were kind enough to even upgrade our room to deluxe with two queen size beds. Capitol Commons and Estancia mall is about a 10 mins walk. They also have sufficient parking space. Not much in terms of amenities like bar etc.. Pool area can be better... but for the price you're paying for it's understandable. Will definitely consider Privato again for future budget stays.»

«This is a ‘love’ hotel. Even though the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and discreet, the hotel lacks basic safety features such as a key for your room and a safe box. Therefore it’s pointless to book it in advance for several nights. There’s absolutely nothing around the hotel which can be positive or negative depending on what you’re looking for. Only recommend if all you’re looking for is privacy.»

La habitación está muy limpia y ordenada, y el pasillo todavía huele bien. El hotel Westin está justo en la puerta. La ubicación es bastante buena, pero la puerta es propensa a atascos y el conductor tiene que esperar mucho tiempo para llegar. un agarre.»

«It has been multiple times that I’m visiting this hotel, nothing has been change aside the buffet breakfast, one of the remarkable this hotel has to offer aside from the spa is their buffet breakfast that has a lot of variety, and options but today I’m a bit disappointed, I’m looking for their starters but unfortunately it’s all has brown, they don’t serve the cheesy dynamite, same options lng kaya mukang marami, before they do have the corned beef, sausages I mean super sarap sa eyes Pati ung coffee nila out of order, kaya nakakad since I’m a coffee lover but kuddos to their TV they have NETFLIX AND YOUTUBE na kaya kahit papano we enjoy the room dati kc pang old school ung tv nila na may mga channels. But overall it’s fine sana lng ibalik nila ung super yummy na breakfast.»
