La ubicación es buena.El servicio es agradable. La limpieza es grande. Sólo no me gusta la cama. Creo que es vieja. La mesa de cabeza hace un sonido extraño,(relación). No tengo un buen sueño bcoz de ella. Y la parte mala es que no tienen un peluquero.😓 También, pls incluye una comb en sus toallas. 🤞 El hotel de 3 estrellas tiene un buen chico. El hotel está en el centro de la ciudad, y el hotel está en el centro de la ciudad. No es tan especial. Sólo una normal. No vale la pena pasar un 980 por cabeza. (No recomendado) Fija la gente de la cama.

The staff is polite. The bathroom and bedroom are in good condition. The window can be opened. The restaurant has delicious foods. It has a variety of foods and drinks. There are no water bottles in the room not even a kettle with glasses in the room but there is a water bottle refill station in the lobby which is on the main floor. No disposable toothpaste and toothbrushes in the room.

Positivos: 1. La habitación estaba limpia al llegar. 2. El personal era amable y acomodable, especialmente cuando pedí un cambio de habitación (aunque no estaba disponible). 3. El desayuno a la carta que se ofreció el primer día fue generoso y lleno. Áreas para mejorar: 1. Room misleading Description: The listing advertised a city view, but my room's window only faced the back and wall of the adjacent building. This felt misleading and deducted from the experience. 2. Qualidad de toallas: Las toallas que se suministraron el primer día se han desnudado y ya no deberían usarse. 3. Mantenimiento: La habitación era limpia, pero mostró signos de ropa y lágrimas (por ejemplo, puertas de la cabina que necesitaban reparación), indicando una falta de mantenimiento. 4. Breakfast Expecations: I booked this hotel specifically because of the advertised buffet breakfast. However, on the first day no buffet was served due to low guest turnover, and only à la carte was available. the location is really bad to travel out in the morning bec of very very bad traffic jam ---need to offset time leabing by 7am---and have to get back to hotel before 5pm---else simply from any where coming back or going out MINI traffic jam is 2 hrs arrive fm T1 at 6.15pm -car waiting n get into the car to the hotel when arrive the hotel 8.10pm---2 hrs in the bad traffic so this hotel location really very bad traffic condition Bkft is always very crowded -when u order any cook food they have to give u a number plate and wait for them to bring to u...but what happen is always shortage of helper to do this job ---so u can keep waiting

Overall, our stay was okay. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Just a few suggestions or things to point out; 1. The pool area is a bit smelly 2. The food during our breakfast was limited. I think this can be improved. I believe, people will come back to your place if you can level up the cleanliness and make the breakfast, lunch and dinner more enticing by adding more food for breakfast and options for lunch and dinner.. opening a resto bar in your RD is also suggested, so guests will have a place where they can chill with drinks and good music while overlooking the city view and busy streets.

Wynwood es tan subestimado. Es realmente un buen lugar para permanecer. Además de su ubicación central cerca de varias tiendas, este hotel también cuenta con su excelente hospitalidad. El momento en que llegamos, todos estaban cálidos y amables. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. El hotel ofrece productos decentes, pero si usted es muy especial con sus toallas y sudorniéndolos, puede que desee empacarlos para usted. La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero no se podía encontrar en el hotel. El restaurante tiene un espacio al fresco que contempla el icónico edificio San Miguel (en esta foto), si quieres comer fuera. En general, es una gran estancia.
