«This is a ‘love’ hotel. Even though the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and discreet, the hotel lacks basic safety features such as a key for your room and a safe box. Therefore it’s pointless to book it in advance for several nights. There’s absolutely nothing around the hotel which can be positive or negative depending on what you’re looking for. Only recommend if all you’re looking for is privacy.»

«the location is really bad to travel out in the morning bec of very very bad traffic jam ---need to offset time leabing by 7am---and have to get back to hotel before 5pm---else simply from any where coming back or going out MINI traffic jam is 2 hrs

SSilvino Wynwood is so underrated. It’s actually a good place to stay. Besides its central location close to several malls, this hotel also boasts its superb hospitality. The moment we arrived, everyone was warm and kind. They even try to accommodate your request, just like we were able to check out late. We were expecting to be disappointed, but our room was very clean and spacious, even the bathroom. The hotel offers decent products, but if you are very particular with your toiletries and sundries, you may want to pack them to you. Our overnight stay came with breakfast, and the food in the restaurant was amazing (the soup, beef tapa, and selection of bread were my favorite). The restaurant has an al fresco space overlooking the iconic San Miguel building (pictured here), if you wanted to eat outside. When it was time to check out, everyone was so helpful and even assisted us to load our luggage into our cab. Overall, it’s a great stay.

UUsuario invitadoThe staff is polite. The bathroom and bedroom are in good condition. The window can be opened. The restaurant has delicious foods. It has a variety of foods and drinks. There are no water bottles in the room not even a kettle with glasses in the room but there is a water bottle refill station in the lobby which is on the main floor. No disposable toothpaste and toothbrushes in the room.

I stayed at Jinjiang Inn Ortigas from December 30, 2024, to January 1, 2025, and booked a Business Queen Room through Trip.com. My experience was a mix of positives and negatives, with some aspects not meeting expectations set by the listing.
Positives:
1. The room was clean upon arrival.
2. Staff were polite and accommodating, especially when I requested a room change (though none were available).
3. The à la carte breakfast provided on the first day was generous and filling.
Areas for Improvement:
1. Misleading Room Description: The listing advertised a city view, but my room’s window only faced the back and wall of the adjacent building. This felt misleading and detracted from the experience.
2. Towel Quality: The towels provided on the first day were worn out and should no longer be in use. I have photos to substantiate this observation.
3. Maintenance: The room was clean but showed signs of wear and tear (e.g., cabinet doors needing repair), indicating a lack of upkeep.
4. Breakfast Expectations: I specifically booked this hotel because of the advertised buffet breakfast. However, on the first day, no buffet was served due to low guest turnout, and only à la carte was available. While the meal was generous, it wasn’t what I expected, especially during the New Year holiday when many travelers would hope for the full experience.
5. Ventilation: The room felt suffocating without a proper view or natural light.
Overall:
While the location is convenient and staff were courteous, the lack of proper maintenance, misleading room description, and the absence of the advertised buffet breakfast on the first day were disappointing. These issues need attention to align with what guests are promised when booking.

It is very right if you are from outside NCR and just want a very decent place to rest and sleep after a busy business schedule around the area. The room is clean, nice bed, nice TV programs, nice toilet, parking space with access to wifi and water. The room rate is also remarkable considering that is situated in a very busy business area. I will definitely have this in mind whenever I have some business in the Ortigas area again.

MmyjcphThe absence of a service elevator significantly worsens elevator traffic, especially during peak hours. While the rooms are generally clean, they feel outdated and in need of serious renovation. There are odd, clearly intentional structural elements inside the room that appear to be concealing equipment—raising red flags about guest privacy and safety.
The internet is painfully slow, making it difficult to work or even stream basic content. Lighting is overly harsh due to the absence of proper curtains—only blinds are provided—compromising both rest and privacy.
But the most alarming concern is security: the main door does not align properly with the frame, leaving a visible gap. This flaw allows outside noise to filter in easily—and more disturbingly, it makes it possible for someone to peek inside, which is deeply unsettling for any guest.
That said, the staff are great—consistently courteous, warm, and helpful. They do their best to make up for the facility’s shortcomings, but unfortunately, the issues mentioned above go beyond what good service alone can fix.

And about the bathrobe is not ready inside the room, u have to ask for it. Anyone, if u knew that there someone that will use that room for that day, u all should prepare everything inside the room before u let us in.
About the breakfast, it's not that special. Just a normal one. It's not worth it to spend a 980 per head.

OOreo20Aunque tuvimos un poco de problema con el proceso de inspección (1. la administración no pudo encontrar nuestra reserva inicialmente; 2. se nos dijo que presentaran IDs de vacunación aunque no se indicaba en la información de reserva que es una exigencia. La unidad tenía cocina decente que usamos desde que nos quedamos por 2 noches. En el hotel, el hotel se encuentra en una zona de la ciudad, donde el hotel está cerca de la ciudad, y el hotel está cerca de la ciudad. Eso es lo que esperaba. Sólo espero que fuera viejas pinturas y no del invitado anterior porque sería realmente desconectado. Además, la ubicación estaba en el lugar. Por el precio que pagamos, fue totalmente robado. Sólo espero que la limpieza global de la unidad se mejoraría.
