"Having stayed at more than a few Best Western hotels the Parsons, KS location was so very disappointing. The hotel was in need of a complete deep clean! My room smelled like dog urine, the carpet was awful, the beds sheets barely covered and the towels were worn out and hard. The breakfast was not as other hotels within this chain with missing and old condiments. Added to the need for general maintenance and cleaning attention it seemed the staff was not concerned with the guest but enjoyed visiting with friends in the lobby while a hotel staff dog walked freely throughout the hotel. My suggestion is don’t even think about staying at this location. In addition I would not of been comfortable with the ick of this location with my dog."

"We stayed at 12 hotels in 8 different states on this trip, and this was the worst one. I rely heavily on reviews to find our hotel for the night, so I wanted to warn others. The shower was dirty, obvious dirty smudges and debris. The nightstand was sticky. The chair had crushed Doritos in it. I’m not picky. I just expect basic cleanliness. This does not feel like an actual Best Western but a knock off that still charges a BW rate. Two positive points… the front desk fella was super nice, and the onsite laundry worked well and was cheap."
