Hoteles en Masai con aparcamiento

The host is friendly, responsive and understanding. However, the stay is a very forgettable one. This review is solely based on the overall experience staying at this apartment. It is to create awareness for others in case they have kids and would like to stay here as it has 2 Queen bed accommodation. For context, it is a condominium with dual keys unit, meaning it has one main entrance followed by 2 separate doors for each unit. I do not want anyone to been through what we did. We check-in late around 5pm, the kids are excited when they entered the room happily and shouting. Out of a sudden, we heard a guy shouting from the other unit, we opened the door and he shouted at us angrily. He said he is staying here and he is sleeping, do not make any noise. We obliged and tried to keep our volume down. We went out after and back to the stay around 10pm. My kids suddenly cried and he shouted “Hello!”and slammed the door loudly. We will all stunned and speechless. The kids are only 3 and 8 fyi, and I have to tell them to be quiet for the whole time while staying here. What’s the joy of staying here for? To be honest, it is late at night at level 39 and with an unknown mental unwell guy just beside us really makes our stay a very stressful and threatening one. We slept for the night as it is late and the kids are tired. We left the stay asap the next morning.

El cambio de la luz de la mesa no funciona. No puede ser sustituido ni. El mantenimiento de la casa en su lugar libera la bola para desactivar la luz. La vista del sol desde el salón es excelente. La comida en el salón es sencilla. Nada grande.

The best hotel receptionist ever with a friendly personality. The location is great with lots of eateries nearby within walking distance. Will definitely come back to stay again. The property also has a small beautiful fountain in the front.

I stayed for two days and unfortunately experienced an electricity outage during my stay. The interruption affected the overall comfort and quality of my rest, especially as a proper and uninterrupted power supply is important for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the deposit had to be paid in cash, which I feel could be improved. Providing options such as credit card or other cashless payment methods would be much more convenient for guests. I hope the management can look into these issues and improve the overall guest experience.

Last minute booking due to the jam at causeway. Randomly tried to find a place to stay the night. The front desk staff an Indian lady is very helpful and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a care pack that consisted of mask, nice scented candle, bath bomb, and some others essentials. It wasn't a fancy pack but I was impressed by their service. I was also very impressed that they actually had a bathtub! It was too late to utilize it as we were there at 11pm. But good effort! Hotel room was also very clean, bedsheets were super clean and frgamy too! However I didn't feel safe with the location. This is not the fault of the hotel at all of course. Just that while we arrived, there were a few motorbikes who kept revving past and they were shouting and creating a ruckus. So I felt a big unsafe to leave the car there. There is option to park the car within the hotel premises but comes with a strange request to leave the car keys with them 😅 so I just parked in the public carpark which felt...a bit risky. So if you are very worried then this hotel may not be for u.

The location was okay. Easy access, lots of parking. Too bad no lift since I brought my old mother with me. It's a cheap hotel, so don't expect much. The room wasn't that spacious.

Great stay! The self check-in process was super seamless and convenient, which made arriving a breeze. Even with the automated check-in, the staff was always around, incredibly friendly, and eager to help with anything I needed. I also really appreciated the on-site vending machine for grabbing quick drinks and snacks. Highly recommend for a hassle-free trip!

A decent 3-star hotel for a short stay. The room was clean, comfortable and had the basic facilities needed. The staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. The location is also convenient, especially for those who need to get around the Masai area. The hotel is not luxurious, but it offers reasonable value for the price. Overall, it was a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Suitable for travellers looking for a simple, comfortable place to rest without expecting too much from a 3-star property. Would consider staying here again if I’m in the area.

Happy to have found this hotel/apartment for a staycation. It’s within walking distance to popular seafood place in Senibong The room is spacious and tastefully designed. Living room has a big tv and generally the place is windy. Rooms are clean, bed is comfortable. Bath tub is big. Unfortunately since it’s a staycation, didn’t really has the chance to use the bath tub. I will be happy to return to this hotel/apartment if I plan to eat seafood at Senibong again Thank you
