Es un hotel muy nuevo. Las habitaciones son de colores brillantes. Lo más destacado del hotel es que el baño público cuenta con aguas termales naturales, tanto interiores como exteriores, lo que puede brindar a los huéspedes una experiencia diferente. La zona de descanso fuera del baño es amplia y cómoda, pudiendo incluso comprar cosas por cuenta propia. A la mañana siguiente fuimos al mercado de mariscos y volvimos después de las once, por lo que no recibimos la llamada recordatoria de recepción y llegamos más de media hora tarde para el check-out. La chica taiwanesa de recepción habló por teléfono con el supervisor y finalmente no nos cobró dinero extra, lo cual fue toda una suerte.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making the stay very comfortable from check-in to check-out. The location is excellent, only about a 3-minute walk from the tram station, which makes getting around very easy. There are also many restaurants nearby, so finding food is never a problem. The room was clean and well maintained, and the onsen was very nice and relaxing after a long day. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay here. The location is perfect, just next to the morning market and a short walk from the train station. Literally could walk to most attractions. The room is reasonably sized and priced. I booked Tokyu stay because it has a washing machine inside the room. The hotel is also close to Toyota rental car company and service station, very convenient if you’re hiring a car. Our room has the view of the bay and there is also an onsen on the top floor. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Me gustaría recomendar este hotel para cualquiera que visite Hakodate, el Izakaya junto al hotel también es muy recomendado! El hotel está situado justo fuera del hotel, a muchos restaurantes de la zona, y ofrece una paraguas para su uso gratuito, que es extremadamente pensable y muy apreciado!

Todo fue excelente, desde las bebidas de bienvenida y las comodidades pensadas hasta las camas cómodas. Si tuviera una pequeña queja, sería la puerta de baño de madera, que tiende a cerrar la lama muy fuerte.

Private parking with 800yen per night located just next to the hotel. The restaurant behind serves good food, with an Indian (i think) staff who speaks English helped a lot in ordering. Room is fairly ok with this price.

Stayed here last week during heavy snowfall, and choosing this ryokan turned out to be the perfect decision. Check-in was detailed and thoughtful. The butler, who I believe was named Junko, spent about 30 minutes explaining the room, amenities, and house rules, using picture cards and translation tools due to limited English, which made the process clear and smooth. The room was cosy with a beautiful ocean view. The furnishings are not modern, but that is part of the charm, as it feels like stepping back into the 80s or 90s while still being well maintained and fully functional. Heating was sufficient even in temperatures of -5 to -10 degrees. The room was clean, and the bedding was prepared during dinner and folded again at breakfast, which made us feel very well taken care of. We pre-ordered dinner and breakfast via Trip.com and requested a beef and crab set in advance, which was accommodated. The portions were very generous, and while the food may not be top-tier, it was better than many ryokans I have stayed at. There is a private onsen available free for the first use for 45 minutes, with additional charges for subsequent sessions. The onsen closes daily at 10am for cleaning. The ryokan is located in Yunokawa Onsen, about 30 minutes from town. I recommend dining in, as going out requires a walk and staying in allows you to fully enjoy the experience. Overall, a very pampering stay. Highly recommended for those looking for a five-star level ryokan experience.

お宿のスタッフの方々の対応か温かく、かつ節度があり、とても心地よく過ごさせて頂きました。 禁煙可能なお部屋が多い中、喫煙者である同伴者は大変喜んでおりました。 加えて、部屋に残るニオイの対応もしっかりとされており、心地よく過ごす事が出来ると思います。 肝心の温泉ですが、源泉のパワーを頂く事が出来る 大満足の温泉です！ 又、入りたいと思っております♪
