«Hotel is still going through some upgrading at the back of the building. Which does not affect the guest at all. Was taken aback by the height and transparent lifts welcoming us. Very grand entrance indeed. However, the colour is out dated. Is it supposed to be underwater theme or inside a ship theme. But the most distinct feature that struck my nose was the air freshener. I really don't like it. Apart from that, room was spacious, clean & bed a little soft for my liking. Toilets big and clean. But I noticed at the under side of the toilet bowl is not cleaned properly. Bathing liquid is not enough for 3 of us. Would be better if wall mounted pumps used instead of small refillable travel bottles. Breakfast spread is substantial and tasty. With the affordable price. Will definitely come again.»

AAida-Wonderful Stay at Oakwood Hotel & Apartments Grand Mall – Highly Recommended!
This was our second stay at Oakwood Hotel & Apartments Grand Mall and once again, it exceeded our expectations.
I booked through Trip.com as it offered the best rates compared to other platforms and the experience was seamless from start to finish.
We stayed from 23–26 May 2026 as a family of 3 adults and 2 young children (aged 4 and 3). This time, we booked a 1-Bedroom Executive and an Executive King with connecting rooms, which was perfect for both family bonding and privacy.
The location is excellent—directly opposite Grand Batam Mall, making shopping, dining and entertainment incredibly convenient. Our kids especially enjoyed Kidzlandia & Batam Zoo Paradise! The hotel is also next to Eska Wellness Spa where you can enjoy massages, hair treatments, manicures and pedicures.
Even before arrival, the service was impressive. I contacted the hotel via WhatsApp for a few special requests and the staff were professional, responsive and genuinely accommodating.
What we loved most about the 1-Bedroom Executive:
• Spacious and spotlessly clean room
• 2-in-1 washer and dryer — extremely convenient for families
• Kitchenette with microwave & fridge
• Hot and cold water dispensers available at every lift lobby
• Kids’ pool that our children absolutely loved
• Plenty of storage space
• Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, and more
• Breakfast was awesome with a wide variety to choose from
This time, we were pleasantly surprised with the complimentary hi-tea, which made our afternoons extra special.
Every staff member—from the front desk and housekeeping team to the chefs, waiters and bellboys—provided exceptional service with warmth and friendliness throughout our stay.
Our family truly enjoyed every moment here and we will definitely be coming back again.
Highly recommended for families looking for comfort, convenience and a welcoming stay in Batam!

AAzy AbdullahSaw this and it's amenities and felt it was the best for me and my 3 kids. Decided to try this out didn't realize it was further than I'm usually used to.
We arrived in the evening but was greeted by a cheerful receptionist.
Please note there is a 1 mil rupiah deposit. I wasn't prepared for this so I thought to give this a heads up for future booking awareness.
The place was alittle hard to spot from the main road ( there was no signage) but it's landmarks are Cubezone and Ria.
Note, there is a laundry service across the road please expect 1-2 days. Express service is 1 day
The entrance is a dainty little walkway like a secret hideout into a cactus garden that somehow transports you to what looks like Bali crossed with New Mexico feels.
A small but clean pool, well maintained. They have dining table and benches outside for a chill out vibe. There's also a BBQ space where you can engage in their BBQ rental (provides charcoal n pit) with a ceiling fan n sink for your convenience and comfort.
Area is nice and spacious. Once again I just emphasize, they keep it very clean.
The place it seems is 6 container villas surrounding the garden n pool. Which is perfect if you plan to have a big group in.
Inside there's a basic kitchenette with a fridge, pot, kettle.
There were 2 rooms. Both equipped with bathrooms and tvs. Ac was perfection.you don't have to worry about the heat. It's so nice and cold. Makes you wanna just not get out of bed.
The wifi was laggy alittle, didn't bother us as we had local data but it wasn't so nice to be watching a movie and gettin disrupted.
TV is equipped with YOUTUBE and Netflix. Pretty awesome to keep the kids occupied.
Be warned they have live bands that play music till 1-2 am in the morning. Definately didn't expect that but it didn't bother us so much. Once again, another heads up.
Pool is open from 7am to 9pm.
Its also a 15-20mins drive to Nagoya. We normally do Grab roughly about 60-70k.
The host has their number in the welcome print and responds pretty fast if you need to enquire on anything.
Overall, the place is pretty charming and despite it being alittle far from massages n karaoke, I think I found a new go to place. Certainly looking forward to be back.

El desayuno también era grande! Hacía varias variedades durante los 3 días que me quedé! ¡La ubicación es también grande! Caminar a One Batam Mall y abt 10-15 mins atrapa a todos los demás mallas. ¡Seguramente volverá aquí para mi próxima viaje de batam!

🏨 Housekeeping did an excellent job every day they changed the bed sheets and towels daily and even topped up mineral water without us needing to ask. Everything was always clean and fresh.
🍽️ Breakfast was excellent with a good variety, and all the staff were very polite and attentive.
☕ At the lounge, the staff were friendly, polite, and always served with a smile it really made us feel at home.
💁♀️ The front desk staff were also professional, polite, and treated us like real valued guests.
Overall, Asialink Hotel Batam by Prasanthi truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Batam great service, comfort, and warm hospitality 🌟

CCheeWH79Had a relaxing weekend at Montigo. Really enjoy the spacious villa with private pool Second time staying here during my many visits to Batam. I usually stay nearer to city areas like Penuin, Nagoya or even Habourbay. The seaview at Nongsa area where Montigo is situated is nice. The villa is clean and well maintained. The bed and pillows are confortable for a good night sleep. Service staffs are prompt and helpful. Extra bottles of water are provided and buggy service is fast. Had dinner at Warung which was relocated to a new space. Tried the nasi ayam berempah and nasi iga bakar again. Still taste excellent as my previous visit. Tadd's is closed for renovation, so the buffet breakfast is at Tiigo instead. There is a queue at peak hours due to the smaller venue. Breakfast was satisfactory with sufficient variety. Overall, highly recommended and would occasionally stay here.

DDr. ErikI loved Batam View so much! I'll be honest, I wanted to stay at Turi Resort, where I normally stay, but they were fully booked. So I tried Batam View, and I was flabbergasted. I had a room in the main building with sea view, and it was stunning. The rooms have been renovated and are clean, modern, comfortable. The hotel's beach and pool are both amazing, and I was so happy to find a really deep pool (rare in Asia), plus a very clean beach. I had an unforgettable dinner at the beach, too. The staff are universally lovely, attentive and professional! I saw the villas and definitely want to stay there next time! I spent a lovely 6 nights there and cannot wait to return!

HHamzah189Very clean and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. The location, while close to a lot of places, was not accessible by foot. I prefer a place that I can simply walk out and enjoy the area. There were no footpaths outside the hotel. Not the hotel's fault of course. Overall, nice place to chill.
