La verdad que depende de quién tengas en la habitación contigua, puedes no pegar ojo hasta las 3 de la mañana, ya que se escucha todo; esto también sirve para cualquier ruido proveniente del pasillo, y los usuarios normalmente no son nada considerados para con el resto de huéspedes. Ninguna queja en cuanto a la habitación, limpia y acogedora.»

«Reservamos esta villa por solo 250 RM/noche (o alrededor de 960.000 rupias). ¡Un verdadero chollo! No había muchas reseñas en internet, ni siquiera en Google, así que decidimos probar suerte. ¡Y vaya si la villa superó nuestras expectativas! La habitación estaba impecable, la cocina tenía de todo (incluso se podía cocinar algo sencillo), la piscina privada estaba muy bien cuidada y el jardín también. Solo nos hubiera gustado que incluyeran una plancha en la habitación, ya que no costaría mucho y mejoraría la experiencia de los huéspedes. El personal fue muy amable y nos permitió hacer el check-in antes de la hora prevista.
Mi marido pidió decoración para la bañera y la pusieron enseguida. ¡Nos encantó! El lugar es muy tranquilo y sereno; perfecto para una escapada. Eso sí, no hay playa, restaurantes ni supermercados cerca, así que lo mejor es alquilar una bici o pedir un Grab.
Hubo un pequeño inconveniente cuando pedimos que limpiaran la habitación, y al volver por la noche, seguía hecha un desastre. Llamamos a recepción y vinieron a limpiarla enseguida sin poner muchas pegas. ¡Se lo agradecemos mucho! El servicio del personal fue excelente. En el formulario de comentarios también mencionaron que hay pequeñas manchas de agua en la pared que la administración debería revisar; ojalá las solucionen. Nos alojamos en la Villa 2.
En general, fue una estancia estupenda en Villa Dikubu. ¡Muy recomendable!»

We recently stayed at Irnaqana Villa by GenuineHost in the Ubud and were thoroughly impressed by the architectural design and overall experience.
This is not just another new villa (open late 2025), it’s a beautifully conceived private sanctuary where modern elegance meets natural tropical living in perfect harmony.
Irnaqana consists of only four villas, each one a completely separate building. This gives every guest total privacy and the feeling of having your own exclusive retreat, which is rare and highly appreciated.
The First Impression:
A Brilliant Design Moment.
From the moment you arrive, the entrance sets the tone. The elegantly designed door is a masterstroke, as it opens, it dramatically reveals the entire private swimming pool in one breathtaking view. It’s cinematic and instantly relaxing. No obstructed sightlines, just pool and lush greenery waiting for you. This clever architectural choice makes the outdoor space feel like an extension of the living area and creates that “wow” factor right away.

The garden is lush and thoughtfully planted with a wonderful variety of tropical plants that feel completely natural and established.
It’s not overly manicured, instead, it blends beautifully with the surrounding rice fields and countryside, giving a genuine sense of being immersed in Bali’s nature.
Morning light filtering through the leaves, birdsong, and the gentle breeze made our mornings on the terrace truly special.
Spacious Interior with Impressive High Ceilings
Inside, the villa shines with its generous proportions and smart layout. The ceilings are exceptionally high — at least 5–6 meters — which not only makes the space feel incredibly airy and luxurious but also keeps the villa naturally cooler throughout the day. This is a game-changer in Bali’s climate.
The unit is cleverly split into two distinct yet connected zones:
• On the left side you have the dining and TV lounge area — perfect for relaxed meals or evening entertainment at the sunken seating.
• On the right side is the bedroom with a bathtub and bathroom wing.
Both sides offer ample space, so nothing feels cramped. The design elegantly balances modern lines, high-quality materials, and natural elements, clean aesthetics paired with warm tones and textures that nod to Balinese tradition without feeling clichéd.
Every piece of furniture, lighting, and finishing feels carefully chosen and of premium quality.
Bedroom & Bathroom Comfort
The bed is enormous and one of the most comfortable we’ve experienced in Bali. After long days of exploring Ubud or playing sports, sinking into it was pure bliss — our backs were very thankful!
The bedroom feels spacious and peaceful with excellent blackout options.
The bathroom is equally impressive — spotlessly clean, with strong water pressure in the shower, fresh towels daily, and good-quality toiletries.
Everything felt hygienic and well-maintained.
The air conditioning is powerful and gets deliciously cold although might needs 1-2 minutes, which was welcome after hot days. Combined with the high ceilings and natural ventilation, the villa stayed comfortable at all times.
Location Perks.
While the villa itself is tucked away in a quiet, green setting ideal for relaxation, the surrounding area is surprisingly convenient. There’s a fantastic variety of eateries within a short distance — from authentic local warungs serving delicious Balinese food to excellent international restaurants.
Final Thoughts
Irnaqana Villa excels in thoughtful, high-quality design that prioritizes space, light, views, and privacy. It successfully delivers both aesthetic beauty and genuine comfort.

Unusual, natural, beautiful! Real Bali, without the tourist trappings, no hustle and bustle, just pure nature, an authentic atmosphere, and genuine, warm-hearted people! The eco-hotel's grounds are simply stunning! So much work and love has clearly been put into them. There are flowers all around, an avocado garden, coffee trees, a well-mown lawn, and the plunge pools with spring mountain water are a godsend! You can swim and even fill up with clean mountain water to drink from the spring. There's a natural pool for children.
The staff and owners are a wonderful family, such warm, caring people! Many thanks and love to the owner, Yuni! ❤️ She explains everything, helps with everything, is always welcoming, and she cooks local Balinese dishes so deliciously! We were greeted warmly, as if we were visiting good friends. 🤗
The cottages are well-spaced, spaced apart from each other, so no one disturbs anyone else. Each has an area where you can light a fire in the evening under a roof protected from the rain. The cottage has two floors: the top floor has a bed and a balcony, and the ground floor has a living room, toilet, and shower, all in the fresh air. Shampoo and hot water are provided. Incidentally, the water is also mountain hot water. The blankets are pleasantly warm, the bed linen is good, and there are plenty of pillows. There's no air conditioning or heating in the cottage, but it's not necessary—the temperature is very comfortable even with the windows open. There's a café on-site with stunning mountain views. The hostess prepares breakfast and also serves Indonesian dishes à la carte any time of day (until 9:00 PM). The grilled ocean fish with local sauce was magical!👌👍
The air is so clean here! The views are breathtaking, the silence, the forest, the mountains, the flowers, and the gardens—it's truly peaceful.
The price is very reasonable for Bali.
We also swam in a mountain river, near a small waterfall 200 meters from the hotel.☺️

Необыкновенно, природно, красиво! Настоящий Бали, без туристической обертки, без суеты, шума, только чистая природа, аутентичная атмосфера, настоящие душевные люди! Территория эко отеля облагорожена просто изумительно! Столько труда и любви видно вложено. Кругом цветы, сад авокадо, деревья кофе, газон пострижен, а купели бассейны с ключевой горной водой - просто находка! Можно и купаться и даже набрать из родника питьевой чистой горной воды. Есть природный бассейн для детей.
Персонал, хозяева - чудесная семья, какие душевные, заботливые люди! Большая благодарность и любовь хозяйке Yuni! ❤️ Обо всём расскажет, всё поможет, всегда приветлива, а как вкусно готовит местные балийские блюда! Нас радушно встретили, как в гости к хорошим друзьям приехали. 🤗
Домики хорошо расположены, на расстоянии друг от друга, никто никому не мешает. С видом на сад. У каждого есть зона, где можно пожечь костёр вечером под крышей от дождя. В домике 2 этажа, на верхнем кровать и балкончик, а на первом гостиная и туалет, душ, на свежем воздухе. Есть шампунь и горячая вода. Кстати, вода тоже с гор. Приятные тёплые одеяла, хорошее постельное бельё, много подушек. В домике нет кондиционеров и отопления, но этого и не нужно - температура очень комфортная даже с открытыми окнами. На территории кафе с потрясающим видом на горы. Хозяйка готовит завтраки и ещё по меню в любое время дня (до 21:00) индонезийские блюда. Рыба из океана на гриле под местным соусом была волшебная!💛👌
Какой чистый воздух здесь! Виды захватывающие, тишина, лес, горы, цветы и сады - умиротворение.
Цена очень демократичная для Бали. А ещё мы купались в горной реке, у маленького водопада в 200 метрах от отеля. 👍

MMarinaMalEste hotel es para turistas que viajan en grupo. Nos alojamos dos noches como hotel de tránsito. Las habitaciones son bastante viejas, estilo años 80. La cama es cómoda, al igual que las almohadas. Las habitaciones de la primera planta son húmedas y tienen el correspondiente olor.
Los jardines son amplios y están bien cuidados, la playa está limpia y se puede nadar en el mar incluso con niños, a diferencia de otras zonas de Bali. El desayuno es variado y con mucha variedad. El gimnasio es pequeño, con algunas máquinas antiguas y mancuernas de hasta 20 kg.

The villa itself is beautiful, well-equipped, and ideally located for a stay in Seminyak. The staff are also friendly, welcoming, and professional, as is often the case in Indonesia.
Unfortunately, I can only give this property 2 stars because my stay was significantly affected by an issue that was never disclosed before my booking: major construction work was taking place in the villa directly next to mine.
For all six days of my stay, construction workers arrived every morning around 8:30–9:00 a.m. and continued working until approximately 5:30–6:00 p.m. Beyond the constant movement of workers, conversations, and music from the construction site, I had to endure hammering against the wall of my bedroom, drilling, material cutting, and various other loud construction noises throughout the day. In addition, dust and construction debris regularly settled on my terrace, outdoor furniture, and around the pool area.
Whether inside or outside the villa, the noise level was simply incompatible with a relaxing holiday.
I specifically chose this villa because it was located away from the busier parts of Seminyak and because I wanted to enjoy the private pool. Since Seminyak’s beaches are often difficult to enjoy for swimming due to the waves, I expected to spend time relaxing at the villa and cooling off during the hottest hours of the day. Unfortunately, the noise was so constant and intrusive that it was impossible to comfortably stay at the property from morning until late afternoon.
The day after my arrival, I contacted management to explain that the situation was unacceptable and that I should have been informed about the construction work before booking. In my opinion, this is essential information that should be clearly disclosed on booking platforms.
The only solution offered was to have the workers start a little later in the morning so that I could sleep longer. No alternative accommodation was proposed, no full refund for the unused nights was considered, and the only compensation offered was a 30% refund on the remaining nights, which I considered completely inadequate given the extent of the disruption. The construction work continued throughout my stay.
I received several apology emails acknowledging the inconvenience and warning me that there would still be noise on the following days. However, beyond these apologies, no meaningful action was taken to resolve the issue.
I felt trapped and left without a real solution. I was repeatedly told that I was free to leave the property, while also being informed that the compensation would remain limited to this partial refund, which was presented as an exceptional commercial gesture.
Empathy and apologies are appreciated, but concrete action matters more. I was left with the impression that the owners prioritized their business interests over the comfort and well-being of their guests.
When a property knows that major construction work is likely to significantly impact the guest experience, the very least it should do is inform guests before they book so they can make an informed decision.
In my case, I was only informed after I had already arrived, when it was far too late to change my plans. I find this completely unacceptable.
If you are considering staying at this villa and are sensitive to noise or construction disturbances, I strongly recommend contacting the property beforehand to confirm the current situation. This important information was certainly not communicated transparently when I made my reservation.

La playa también está bien. El desayuno es individual, pero el sabor está bien. Sin embargo, las habitaciones son todas de madera. Algunas casas tienen insectos masticando la madera. Pequeño El aserrín cayó por toda la cama y la maleta. El cabezal de la ducha es relativamente corto y no se puede ajustar en altura.

PPriMorEste hotel es una muy buena elección 👍🏼 Estoy un poco picy, pero aquí mi opinión:
Pros:
✅ No hueles de vapor, bien ventilado ( estaba preocupado por esto)
✅ No hay insectos en la habitación. Puede haber algunos geckos 🦎 (que es normal y esperado) pero no he visto ninguno.
✅ Muy limpio en general
✅ Cama cómoda
✅ El servicio es increíble
✅ El personal es muy amable y útil
✅ El desayuno es muy bueno, hay muchas opciones.
✅ El restaurante también es muy bueno, si no quieres salir del resort.
✅ La vibe en la playa es agradable y si te gusta el deporte del agua también es buena.
✅ La piscina es enorme y muy bonita
✅ Precio razonable (pero dependerá de la temporada y la demanda)
Cons:
😑 La prueba de sonido puede ser mejor, se puede oír a todos desde la piscina (el sonido entra desde la puerta principal)
😑 The beach is not the best for swimming, and is a bit dirty in general (not the hotel’s fault)
😑 El gimnasio puede ser mejor ya que sólo hay 3 máquinas (rotación, tapicería y elíptica) las dumbbells están bien

Hotel is huge, they have 3 blocks. I got the far end of the block which was a little bit away from the reception and the restaurants and the open space for smoking.
In 2 circumstances, i walked up to the room and the door card could not work. This happened in 2 different nights. I had to walk down and got it reset, but the staffs didnt bother to apologise for this. The first time it happened I was okay, but the second time it happened, I got pissed off, because it was a long walk from the room to the reception.
If you order food delivery, it will be a long walk to take your food at the reception.
If you got the rooms at the reception level, I'm sure it will be a great experience like the first time I was there in the Junior Suite, but this time it was not as pleasant.
Thumbs up though for the housekeeping, as the found out I had many shirts lying on the sofa, they brought a small clothes rack and hung my shirts.

TTuannyGreat stay. Complete breakfast with delicious fruits. Staff ready to help at anytime and very lovely. The room was very nice, including a nice bed, chair and desk for work. The shower was very good too, comparing to others I’ve stayed in Indonesia. I’d definitely stay again and for longer.

AAmigo787Un buen hotel en la zona de Kuta, ubicado en la zona turística, pero quizás necesites una bicicleta para llegar a los lugares más bonitos. La habitación tenía una cama muy cómoda con un buen colchón. ¡La presión del agua era perfecta! ¡Muy bien! ¡Recomiendo este hotel!
