«Swan Lake Hotel enjoys a spectacular setting at the foothill of mountains and facing a large lake. If one gets up early enough, from the balcony of the room there's the beautiful sunrise to catch at the far side of the lake. The atmosphere is serenely beautiful!
I occupied a luxurious spacious suite on the top floor basically made up of 2 rooms, one for the bedroom and bathroom, the other for a tea ceremony table. Each room has a large balcony and fabulous view of the lake.
The bed is huge and the mattress is firm and very good in supporting one's back. The air-conditioning system thoughtfully offers a choice of cool or warm air to suit the seasons. There's a capsule coffee machine but no capsule was offered. Similarly, the beautiful tea ceremony table doesn't come with any tea at all.
The bathroom is enormous with a toilet cubicle, double sinks, a bathtub and a shower. The shelf inside the shower cubicle has been designed a bit too small for placing toiletries.
Maybe I missed seeing it, but I didn't notice any escape route plan which most hotels display on each floor in the lift lobby.
The hot spring center is beautifully set in a garden. Numerous pools offer different fragrance of flowers or tea. Night time soaking is very atmospheric, but safety measure can be greatly enhanced by installing lights to shine in each pool of water.
There's plenty of choices for breakfast in the buffet restaurant. The Chinese restaurant serves tasty local cuisine, some ingredient are even from local water and farms.
The staff are very friendly and helpful in general, very accommodating with even special requests.»

TTianavintageThe hotel view is absolutely stunning — it feels like you're in Guilin, surrounded by beautiful mountains. I booked the Lan Shan room with a private pool. The pool was moderately clean and quite small — perfect for taking photos and relaxing, but not ideal for serious swimming.
A heads-up for female guests: during my stay, we felt a bit uncomfortable when a drone flew overhead while we were using the pool. Although the hotel clearly prohibits drones (all guests are required to sign an agreement), there happened to be a cycling event nearby, and we weren’t sure who the drone belonged to. If you're planning to wear a bikini or swimwear, just be extra mindful and occasionally check your surroundings for privacy, as it might affect your comfort.
The room itself was very spacious, though the cleanliness could be better. However, the service was outstanding — the staff made sure we had everything we needed and were always attentive. We enjoyed the in-room breakfast, which was very convenient. The hotel also offered complimentary afternoon tea and a free photo shoot. While the cheesecake could have tasted better, the photographer was friendly and made the experience fun.
Overall, it’s a peaceful and relaxing getaway with stunning scenery and great service — just be cautious around the pool area if you’re concerned about privacy.

Nos prestamos dos bicicletas del Inn y andamos por la carretera de la arco iris cerca de la que era realmente agradable.
Nos gustaría quedarse aquí si visitamos este lugar de nuevo y recomendaríamos definitivamente a Bixiang a aquellos que visitan Yingde.

UUsuario invitadoWhat an amazing place with amazing staff who made the experience that much better. The rooms were everything we could ask for, modern and very clean with great amenities. The private hot spring alone is absolutely worth visiting too. The surrounding area is beautiful too with lots to see and do but would definitely need to rent a car as some things are far away. The staff were incredible in every way. Before our stay I asked one of the staff members called Min if she could order flowers for a special occasion and she did so without hesitation and placed them in the room upon our arrival.She was so helpful and kind throughout the whole stay, telling us the best places to visit and restaurant to go out. She even went as far as helping us order dinner at the local restaurant when we were struggling too due to our lack of speaking Chinese. The breakfast was also delicious as well and the coffee shop where it is served has great coffee and lovely pastries. I couldn’t recommend this place more for a nice weekend away in nature.

UUsuario invitadoUna joya increíble de un hotel boutique, gestionado por un host amistoso que anticipa y cumple sus necesidades. Este hotel está situado entre las colinas y las granjas idilíceas y a 20 minutos a pie (o alquilar sus bicicletas en 60rmb/day) a HuangHua donde hay grandes restaurantes y supermercados. Eso es exactamente lo que no sabíamos que buscabamos en un corto camino de HK a Yingde.
El hotel es limpio y moderno, y la comida fue una agradable sorpresa. El desayuno de estilo occidental era al principio aprehensivo, pero el desayuno de la granja a la mesa, cocinado en casa, parecía absolutamente delicioso, de tal manera que nos encontramos esperando por él en nuestra segunda mañana.

UUsuario invitadoNuestros dos días en el campamento T Manor Tent fueron muy agradables, con muchos paseos tranquilos a través de la plantación y algunos espectaculares azotes de nuestro brillante tente y de la zona de vista de la cima de la colina que mira sobre el karst-studded La casa de la ciudad es un lugar ideal para el hotel. El personal de T Manor nos dio un gran servicio, que creó un hilo WeChat para que mi marido pudiera comunicarnos fácilmente, ya que la mayoría no hablaban inglés. Una excepción fue Allen, un guía de viaje de Taiwán que fue muy amable y útil, especialmente el último día en que ayudó a organizar un coche para llevarnos a nuestro próximo alojamiento a unas horas de distancia. También hay que mencionar el personal del restaurante, que nos sirvió una variedad de platos de té infundido y fue pacientemente junto con nuestras muchas preguntas (nuestra hija es coelíaco que hizo comer en China un poco complicado).
