El espacio es suficiente, el aislamiento acústico es bueno, el descanso nocturno es muy tranquilo. Todos los tipos de instalaciones son nuevas y son útiles, el suministro de agua caliente es estable. El servicio es intimidad y cuidado y la eficiencia de la gestión es alta.
