«Beautiful small hotel in a great location across the road from the park and the lake. Our room was spacious and had a large bath as well. The views of the lake from the communal seating area at the top of the lake are fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a really excellent restaurant just meters from the hotel, Turk left when you walk out of the hotel and it is the second building on the left.»

«Nice and clean room, friendly staff and great oportunity to use soaking tubes on the rooftop. Location is not the best - far from restaurants. The Lobby nice and clean,however some other common areas such as elevator and stairs was very dirty.»

«Our stay in this luxury bedroom suite was a memorable experience, largely due to the exceptional accommodations. The suite itself was nothing short of spectacular—incredibly spacious and warmly appointed. The layout was impeccably designed, featuring a foyer, a living area, a comfortable bedroom, and a walk-in wardrobe. The bathroom was a highlight, with a separate water closet, a vanity area with a deep-soaking bathtub, and a separate, spacious double shower room. The private outdoor sitting area that led to a huge, rejuvenating hot spring was the crown jewel of the suite. It's important to note the location within the Dong Feng Yun Scenic Area. A significant benefit is that the hotel provides the scenic area entrance ticket and transport to and from the gate, which is excellent. However, its setting means it is quite far from Jianshui's Old Town and other key locations. This can be inconvenient when you wish to visit other spots or find dining options outside the hotel. A major logistical issue we encountered was with return trips. When trying to get back to the hotel, most taxi drivers requested a top-up payment, as they would have to return to the city center without a passenger. Service at the hotel was generally good; the staff were prompt and attentive upon our arrival and throughout our stay. However, we noted a noticeable drop in attentiveness during the checkout process. A minor point to note is the centralized A/C system, which meant we couldn't control the room temperature individually. That said, the provision of a standing fan was a thoughtful and effective solution. The food at the hotel's restaurant was acceptable, though it didn't quite match the exceptional standard of the suite itself. Overall, this is a truly magnificent property for the space and privacy it offers, but its remote location requires careful planning and extra budget for transportation.»

«La ubicación del hotel es fantástica, con fácil aparcamiento. Lo mejor de todo es que está a solo 600 metros a pie del famoso restaurante de barbacoa Pigeon Lao San, los restaurantes de comida rápida K, P, M, y las cafeterías L, C. ¡Tiene todo lo que se pueda desear! Las instalaciones del hotel son realmente excelentes. La señora del spa fue muy amable y atenta; el agua se calentaba a las 5 p. m. y ella se aseguró activamente de que volviéramos a tener agua caliente con un buen ciclo. La calidad del agua era muy limpia y relajante, recordándonos un poco a Japón. Las habitaciones cuentan con baños Kohler y la ropa de cama es de alta calidad, lo que demuestra el gran esmero del propietario del hotel Wanshan.
