«The hotel was very nice. It’s situated right next to the beach and there are many restaurants and activities nearby. The room was very pleasant to stay in. What stood out to me was the shower room. It was exceptional. Others good things to note are the size of the tv, balcony and the swimming pool. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we would stay here again! They really helped to make our trip to lingshui special 酒店地理位置超级好，下楼就是沙滩，沙滩对面就是美食广场，购物吃饭都很方便，最主要是步行就到了！距离呆呆岛、猴岛、新村码头就7、8km，码头还能赶海！！一天就可以逛完这几个景点，晚上还能去新村夜市吃点海鲜加工，还有当地岛酸粉热粉炒冰这些，太到位了！»

«Es un hotel muy adecuado para vacaciones. Hay una playa privada dentro del hotel. Está relativamente limpia pero las olas son demasiado grandes para entrar al mar. Puedes tomar el sol en la playa y disfrutar de la brisa del mar. Al entrar desde la recepción, hay una piscina infinita pública frente a la costa, que es adecuada para tomar fotografías y registr****. El hotel organiza diferentes actividades todos los días, que son aptas para llevar a niños a participar. Esta vez tuve poco tiempo y no experimenté las instalaciones de entretenimiento, por lo que es difícil comentar. El desayuno buffet es realmente bueno, con muchas categorías y la reposición es muy oportuna. El almuerzo y la cena tienen precios básicamente normales. Si no necesita atracciones de las fuerzas especiales, puede qued**** tranquilo en el hotel. Esta vez me quedé en Youlan Residence Cuando me registré, recibí un minibar, un plato de frutas y un lindo cachorro hecho con toallas de baño dobladas en la cama. La villa tiene su propia pequeña piscina para sumergirse. La vegetación circundante es muy buena, por lo que hay muchos mosquitos, así que tenga cuidado para evitar las picaduras. Hay una mosca en el ungüento. El hotel se construyó durante mucho tiempo y las instalaciones de las habitaciones están relativamente envejecidas. Espero que se puedan optimizar en el futuro.»

«I booked wrong date and the shift manager is kind enough to help me to cancel and get the refund after I made a new corrected date. But all the other staff, whether at the reception, restaurant or baggage handling are all not trained to 4-5 stars standard. Never give you a friendly smile or the guests are feel welcomed by them. But the cleaning staff are nice. Overall Hyatt needs to make sure all their staff are trained to provide friendly service and friendly personality.»

«Esta fue una muy buena experiencia de vacaciones 😊 Entorno: El estilo general del hotel es único y unificado. Es hermoso y lindo desde el exterior hasta el interior. El tema del conejo en forma de corazón y el estilo espacial son muy lindos y llamativos. A los niños les gusta mucho. Habitación: Elegimos un loft con literas. Hay una telaraña en la habitación para que podamos subir desde abajo. A los niños les encanta esta instalación y suben y bajan varias veces al día para jugar. Hay toboganes para jugar en las literas superiores e inferiores. Catering: ¡Quiero destacar especialmente el catering del mes de marzo! ! He estado en varios hoteles de cinco estrellas para comer buffets, y la calidad es mejor en marzo. La variedad no es especial, pero la comida es de buena calidad, fresca y el sabor de los platos es auténtico, a diferencia de la mayoría de buffets de hoteles que son sólo para aparentar. Mi marido gourmet se lo pasó genial estos tres días😄 Servicio: La ama de llaves Lexie brindó muy buen servicio, respondió a todas las solicitudes con prontitud y la comunicación fue fluida. «In part this hotel is great, but it has some serious downsides. The room is fine, clean and spacious (although the finishes are very cheap). The bed is very comfortable as well as the pillows. The view is absolutely stunning and enjoying this from the bathtub is lovely and relaxing. If there are no clouds, you can see the sunset. When you arrive you feel like you’ve come to a tranquil place, but sadly this stops at around 17:30. On the streets below are restaurants and karaoke and it is like they’re singing inside your room. The insulation is terrible, both inside and outside. Staff will make sure the music is turned off around 22:30, but you have to ask, every single night. Staff and service are excellent though, very helpful and friendly. I was very disappointed by the rooftop terrace. It’s advertised with water, and plenty of seating, very bright and looking like a great place to relax. It is not, at least not anymore. As you can see in the pictures there’s no water in the basin, there’s no maintenance and everything is looking sad and rundown. Next to the hotel is a little shop, which is nice. The beach is small, but great and the sea water is lovely.»

«Наша семейная пара проживала в данном отеле с 8.04.2026 по 21.04.2026 года, нам предоставили великолепный номер с видом на море на 8 этаже. Нас приветливо встретили сотрудники ресепшн, очень быстро оформили и проводили непосредственно в апартаменты. Хочу отметить очень чуткое отношение к гостям со стороны персонала отеля, все просьбы выполнялись очень быстро. Сам номер комфортный, чистый, мебель не новая, но в прекрасном состоянии, полностью исправная техника на кухне, есть все для готовки. Территория отельного комплекса чистая и ухоженная, очень много зелени и цветов, поход на пляж из номера у нас занимал не более 7 минут неспешного шага. Бассейн не плохой, но для русского человека, не привычно требование купаться в шапочке, тем более что у некоторых гостей эта шапочка покрывала лишь часть волос и не выполняла своей задачи. Так же есть фитнес зал, бильярдная, все бесплатно. В шаговой доступности( 50 м ) находятся 2 магазинчика, в 200 м небольшой рынок, фрукты овощи и т.д., в 1,4км(20 мин пешком или 3 мин на такси DIDI 6-10 юаней) торговые центры, кафешки, рынок. В 3-4км (11-15 юаней на такси DIDI) в районе отеля Raffles фудкорты и ночная улица еды, запеченные устрицы 3-5 ю за шт., креветки - богомолы 75ю -9 шт. и еще огромное количество вкуснятины. Море в районе отеля - чистейшее, пляж вполне пригодный для купания, когда нет сильных волн, присутствуют камни, но они не мешают купанию. Здесь песок ”поющий”!!! При ходьбе, если ”шоркать” ногами, он реально издает звуки! Подводя итог, хочу сказать, сюда хочется вернуться , без сомнений. PS : Читал в одном из отзывов, о плохой освещенности в вечернее время - не правда, прекрасное освещение, как на территории отеля, так и на улицах, абсолютно безопасно( но на всякий случай, в номере был фонарик, мы им не пользовались ни разу)»

«🌟 DoubleTree by Hilton Lingshui Hot Springs – A Relaxing Family Getaway 🌟 We recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Lingshui Hot Springs and had such a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly (and yes, with the famous warm cookie!) and made us feel welcome. The absolute highlight of our stay was the pool area. There was a dedicated kids’ pool with slides that our toddler absolutely loved, and a large main pool filled with plenty of pool toys available for use (though these came at an extra charge). The relaxing hot spring pools were also a treat, with several at different temperatures to choose from. A few were unfortunately closed during our visit, but the ones that were open were fantastic for soaking and unwinding. Our room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable beds and a modern, calming décor. The balcony view over the lush greenery and water was a peaceful bonus. Breakfast offered a good variety overall, but it leaned more towards Chinese cuisine with fewer Western options. Everything was fresh, the coffee was good, and the service was attentive, but guests hoping for a full Western spread might find the selection a bit limited. We travelled with our 2-year-old, and the staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. The peaceful atmosphere, well-maintained facilities, and beautiful surroundings made it a great choice for our family wanting a relaxing stay. While the hotel is located a little far from busier tourist spots, we found it perfect for a quiet getaway focused on enjoying the facilities. DoubleTree by Hilton Lingshui Hot Springs is the perfect place to relax.»
