«🌟 DoubleTree by Hilton Lingshui Hot Springs – A Relaxing Family Getaway 🌟 We recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Lingshui Hot Springs and had such a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly (and yes, with the famous warm cookie!) and made us feel welcome. The absolute highlight of our stay was the pool area. There was a dedicated kids’ pool with slides that our toddler absolutely loved, and a large main pool filled with plenty of pool toys available for use (though these came at an extra charge). The relaxing hot spring pools were also a treat, with several at different temperatures to choose from. A few were unfortunately closed during our visit, but the ones that were open were fantastic for soaking and unwinding. Our room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable beds and a modern, calming décor. The balcony view over the lush greenery and water was a peaceful bonus. Breakfast offered a good variety overall, but it leaned more towards Chinese cuisine with fewer Western options. Everything was fresh, the coffee was good, and the service was attentive, but guests hoping for a full Western spread might find the selection a bit limited. We travelled with our 2-year-old, and the staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. The peaceful atmosphere, well-maintained facilities, and beautiful surroundings made it a great choice for our family wanting a relaxing stay. While the hotel is located a little far from busier tourist spots, we found it perfect for a quiet getaway focused on enjoying the facilities. El hotel dispone de un pueblo acuático infantil y una piscina, que les gusta especialmente a los niños, así como del V Paradise. El hotel fue inaugurado hace dos años y las habitaciones no están mal. También cuentan con platos de fruta y bebidas de cortesía. Después de partir el 2 de junio, los niños se mostraron reacios a irse, mirando la aldea acuática y la piscina. Se lo pasaron muy bien durante su viaje a Lingshui y quedaron muy satisfechos con su estadía.»

«Beautiful hotel, but unfair check-in delays need to be addressed I really wanted to give this hotel a perfect score because the hotel itself is great, but a major operational flaw held it back. The Good: The hotel design is stunning—very modern and fresh. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and felt brand new. Our The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety with lots to choose from, so great start to the day there. I also have to shout out the staff, who were warm and attentive throughout our stay. The Mixed: The amenities were generally okay, though I did notice a lack of bathroom loofahs (a small detail, but worth noting for anyone planning a longer stay). The Bad (and Important): The check-in process is broken. Officially, check-in is at 3pm, but we ended up waiting much longer. It seems the hotel allows guests to check out so late that housekeeping can't turn the rooms over in time. It’s really not okay to keep the next customer waiting in the lobby after a long journey of travel—it immediately puts a damper on your feeling towards the hotel before you even see the room. Suggestion to Management: I would strongly suggest that IHG enforce late check-out fees or stagger check-out times. Late departures for some guests shouldn't come at the expense of the experience for incoming guests.»

«I booked wrong date and the shift manager is kind enough to help me to cancel and get the refund after I made a new corrected date. But all the other staff, whether at the reception, restaurant or baggage handling are all not trained to 4-5 stars standard. Never give you a friendly smile or the guests are feel welcomed by them. But the cleaning staff are nice. Overall Hyatt needs to make sure all their staff are trained to provide friendly service and friendly personality.»

«We had an incredible experience in the hotel on Boundary island. For me the room on the first floor with diving included is the best option on the island. Front desk staff and our diving instructor were very supportive. The sunset walk around the island after the crowds left was amazing. The views from the balcony and sounds of sea waves were spectacular. The only thing I regret that we booked only one night on the island. Two or three nights could be a better option to have enough time to enjoy more activities of this paradise.»
