The photos must be from when the hotel first opened, because everything is worn out now. The bathroom is dirty and neglected. The shower is broken and leaks water everywhere. The breakfast was meager, consisting of boiled eggs, salami, and sad-looking slices of ham. I asked for a fried egg but was refused, with the excuse that "that's how breakfast is done here." There are signs everywhere stating that you aren't allowed to take food out of the restaurant. At 10:00 AM, when breakfast ended, everything was cleared away in a huge rush. Read less"

The photos on booking and on tripadvisor are not even 50% like how is in reality. When I told them we wanted our money back, the man at the reception said it wasn't possible; I asked him to come and see the state of the room, but he replied—very dismissively—that he doesn’t want to see.
